I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

I made an appointment online, and when you book online it prompts you to put a date and time you'd like to come in. That is going to be the actual date and time you are scheduled for! They texted me my confirmation. The building had plenty of parking, I was the only car in the lot! When you walk in there is a refreshment area with cold and hot drinks. There are a few comfy chairs lined against the wall with a TV to watch. There wasn't any private seating so you will be around others if they are booked at the same time or before you. The IV hangs from the wall. They prepare your IV in front of you before hanging it. The stick wasn't painful. The staff member Jennifer was really nice and we talked a bit. I was able to add on a toradol injection and she offered additional bags for hydration. I thought I'd be there for at least an hour so I brought my tablet to be able to read on the kindle app but the IV drip was actually done in about 20 minutes! I was able to do tap to pay and they do have a suggested tip on the pay screen. My receipt was emailed. I will definitely go back again!

I've been severly dehydrated due ti new medicine from doctor. I needed a hydration IV drip as drinking water wasn't easy. I ordered at home Hydration Quench. I was also feeling nauseaous due to meds. Nurse offered a medicine to help as add on. Which I appreciated, I wouldn't have known to ask. As a nurse I could ask about interactions with other meds and she knew the answer. Great! I not only recommend them, but will be using them again. The practioner came prepared, and service took less than an hour. I can continue to rest in bed. No fuss no muss, lots of payment options which was great.

I spoke directly with Dr. Hank before traveling from Boston about my follow up and additional treatment so it could be handled during the same visit. I then arrived and found out he was not there. Your office told me he was in training and couldn't get out of it. Dr. Hank later told me he had a plumbing emergency at home. Those are two completely different explanations, and that's exactly why this felt misleading. Dr. Hank's text that "if travel and provider availability are important factors to you" is frankly absurd. Travel and provider availability should be important factors to every patient. That is not some unreasonable or unique concern of mine. Whether a patient is local or flying in, clear communication about who will be available and what to expect is basic professionalism. There are plenty of aesthetic practices that can perform these treatments. That is not the point. This was a follow up related to treatment I had already done with Dr. Hank, which is exactly why I flew in. Trying to reframe this as though I should simply go elsewhere completely misses the issue. As someone who also works in healthcare, I find the nonchalant handling of this especially concerning. Aesthetic practice or not, patients still deserve honesty, continuity, clear communication, and respect for their time. What's most concerning is not that something came up. It's the inconsistent explanations, the dismissive response, and the attempt to minimize a very valid complaint instead of just owning what happened. That's not a misunderstanding. That's poor communication and poor customer service.
