We did the halo therapy which is essentially a salt block sprayed into the air in a small room. We then did the foot detox and that was interesting with the orange/brown water. If anything, my son and I enjoyed reading about the different colors the water could change to determine what might be being detoxed. Here's hoping our lingering colds are flurried away after our afternoon here. Service was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back if it was closer to where I live.

We even took our 5.5 month old into the room. We all went in stuffed up and left not. We never got stuffed up again after that. I believe it definitely helped. My husband and I did follow up with a 30 minute sauna which was nice and relaxing. They also give you a essential oil scented wash cloth to bring In with you if you want. Inside looks nice and cozy. Definitely a place to come and relax. We ended up buying a pack of sauna passes. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone. Especially if you are fighting a cold or sickness.

I had an incredible experience in everywhere here and was happy to make another appointment before…read moreleaving :) To start with, staff was responsive to my email and oh so kind over the phone. They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! I highly recommend coming here if you've been curious :) I'll be back next month!

We did the salt cave which is 45 minutes of meditation as you relax and smell the salts and take in the good vibes. And we did the hand and foot salts where you place your hand and feet on salt blocks and let the heat and salts absorb into your skin. As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. They prefer reservations FYI.

First up was the salt cave experience , which I found relaxing and rejuvenating (once I figured out how to recline my chair ) . Next was the hand and foot detox - you put your hands and feet on these heated Salt lights and just sit back and relax . The hands felt good , but my feet got way too hot and it actually burned. Only after the session did I find out that I was able to adjust the temperature (they should have let us know that ahead of time ) . Overall , in addition to a chair massage I purchased for $1 a minute, (from another vendor that attended the event ) I had a relaxing evening to treat myself .

The service I receive is always great and I feel welcome when I am inside the business. I also enjoy the gift shop with a whole bunch of unique finds. The salt cave has lots of services which they offer and I'm always looking for a new way to relax. I have even had multiple girls days where we have done the sauna and the foot/hand detox. My mom and me also went for our teeth whitening. I think it's awesome they offer the salt cave for a whole family experience. They welcome my whole family the kids and all ages my youngest is 1 and oldest is 6. They had toys for the kids to play in the salt with and they had so much fun. Not to mention all the benefits they received while not even noticing it at all!! I do highly recommend this salt cave and the experiences they offer.

Aqua Spa owner Tammy bought her life partner Terry (also an owner) a gift certificate for their…read morefirst couple's float experience at a local float center. 20 minutes into their first float, they were hooked from a wellness perspective, and equally intrigued as entrepreneurs. For Tammy, who struggled with Lupus for years, the relief she experienced from floating was nothing short of a wellness miracle. After the float experience, she felt that she was in less pain, had less inflammation and also noticed a dramatic decrease in stress and anxiety. Terry's experience was very similar. An athlete since high school and committed fitness aficionado, he noticed immediate relief from chronic back/muscle soreness and tightness. He was also astonished at the long-lasting calming effects that the magnesium Epsom salts provided for days after the float. As successful business owners already, Tammy and Terry's entrepreneurial mindset and wheels also began to spin after their float, imagining how they could introduce a float center and a fresh, new wellness perspective to the Oswego community. They began to research other successful regional and national centers, the industry, float tanks, history and origins of floating, new industry/marketing partners, and other technical aspects of the business potential, and in 2019, the Aqua Spa was born. My wife and I had heard of Aqua Spa from a local radio station and after a couple rough months, we decided to treat ourselves to a spa day to relax. We went with the Ultimate Experince Package for couples, which included a 30 minute sauna, 60 minute flat therapy, 36 minute massage chair, cryotherapy session, 30 minute salt therapy session, and a 10 minute oxygen bar. We set up our appointment easily over the phone. We were greeted by friendly employees when we arrived and met with our associate for the day who would walk us through all our services. Everything is in private rooms, and most things are recommended to do nude, so you're left alone or with just your partner in each room. We started with the sauna, which is an infared sauna, which different infared lights for different ailments. I'm not a person who likes being warm or sweating, so while this wasn't for me personally, my wife, who does like heat, loved it. We moved on to our float therapy, which was amazing. It's my favorite thing we did. You're brought into a tank full of water and 1500 lbs of salt so there's no way to sink. You go in, lay down, turn the lights off and just float while soothing music plays. I've never been so comfortable and pain free in my life, it was truly awesome and I could do it every day. The salt therapy was interesting, you're brought into a room where you lay in comfy chairs while powdered salt is pumped into the room. It apparentely helps with several different types of respiratory issues and is great for skin. The cryotherapy I was a little nervous about, but I ended up really enjoying. You're put into a cryotherapy machine for 3 minutes while the temperature drops to about 120 degrees, but when you come out and the blood starts rushing back into your skin and muscles, it's a great feeling. The oxygen bar was interesting too. You put on a nasal cannula which is plugged into a machine that pumps pure oxygen and different scents you get to choose into your nose and it helped wake me up and give me some energy. The massage chairs are top of the line shiatsu chairs and were also one of our favorite things. Packages are affordable, as we paid $286 for 4 hours of services for two people. Tammy the owner happened to be at the front desk when we were leaving and we chatted with her and she was very personable and fun to talk to. We'd definitely recommend giving it a try, as it was a great relaxing afternoon for the both of us and we'd absolutely go back again.
