referral from a friend. mark i dont know if you have ever tried calling your own number to schedule…read morea appointment. sir you should try this it is the worst experience ever. after waiting on hold when someone actually human answers they just say nothing and put you on hold. if you have the patience to wait25 more min when the do answer they lift the handset and then hangup. they will tell you that they have other customers not sure how when this is the best service they can do answering the phone. not a very good referral. :(

Extremely important Hospital report from over 6 months earlier either Not thoroughly read and or Ignored. Only found out about urgent matters on it by another provider. Priola Primary Care was the GP to send to and on file. Jumping to unqualified , Shotgun, alarming, incorrect, dangerous diagnosis's without the proper backup tests being done or even consulting with an actual Medical Doctor/ Specialist , and sending patients on Wild Goose chases to PHX Hospital on a Wing and a Prayer, ( where 3 times the amounts of the local Hospital are charged ) and when asked why it could not be done in the Prescott Hospital , reply was that they were Morons. Being referred to a wrong type of specialist , Knowledge of Anatomy is critical. Being told severe stomach pains were just a virus with no testing or referring to Patients GI Doctor. Patient had to ask that be done 3 months later as the pains came back . Having to often ask numerous times for referrals . Being told proper coding for insurance for a test was corrected, after 8 requests and after 6 months and It was Not. Perhaps the State of AZ needs to require FNPS , Must be Partnered with an actual Medical Doctor. The address you have listed is incorrect for this Fnp.

This clinic is great and always a good experience. My last…read morefew appointments were with Brandie. I found her to be very caring and kind. I was interested in HRT and knew she was very knowledgeable about the different types of treatment. All of the options were explained to me. Brandie let me know the protocol follow-up for labs and appointment to monitor my treatment. Brandie knows what she's doing and always puts your care first. I highly recommend her for any women's care.

The nurse, Brittany, spoke to me in a way that felt patronizing rather than comforting. Dr. Edie Morgan spent only a few minutes with me, documented just 3 of the 20+ symptoms I shared, and dismissed my concerns by saying I was too young for perimenopause, even though I'm 42. Before my next appointment, I called to confirm the cost of an ultrasound. I was told it would be a $876 copay through my insurance, or a $300 cash price, which would be billed 30-60 days later. However, at the appointment, I was told I had to pay the $300 upfront. When I explained I had called ahead specifically to avoid this situation, the office manager, Sonda, denied ever telling me it would be billed later and insisted on immediate payment. During the ultrasound, when I asked a simple question, the technician told me she couldn't answer questions and do her job at the same time, and that I should be quiet. When my bloodwork results came in, I was told I had to schedule another appointment, with an additional $100 copay, just to receive them. I asked if they could be provided through a patient portal, but was told no. Later, my insurance company informed me that the visit I paid cash for had still been billed to them, and I should have only paid $100. My insurance rep contacted Sonda (with me on the line) to address the duplicate payment, request a refund of the $200 overcharge, and ask that my results be released. During that call, Sonda accused me of trying to get free medical care. My rep clarified that providing lab results via a portal is standard practice and should not require an additional appointment. Sonda eventually said I could pick up my results in person if I signed a waiver, adding, "good luck getting anyone to explain them to her." I then had to drive 40 minutes each way to their office just to retrieve my results only to find I could understand them myself within a few minutes without paying another $100. To top it off, Sonda later left me a voicemail saying she didn't understand why I was upset and claimed I had been treated with the utmost respect. That couldn't be further from the truth. I would strongly caution others before seeking care here.

I completely disagree with most of the reviews here, about The Pain Center in Prescott! I suspect…read moremost of them are junkies looking for pills. Unlike in CA, AZ doesn't just hand out oxycodone without making you jump through some hoops; you are not going to get an immediate prescription, and likely, no matter how long you've been taking oxy, they're rightly going to start you out at an entry-level, like 5/325, or they might start you off with Tramadol. I lived with back pain for about 15 years, only getting oxy. The Pain Center actually diagnosed the problems and suggested the surgeries & implant. I only take oxy now, like 2-3 times per month! I've been a patient of TPC for several years. I've been operated on by both Dr's Siwek (jr & sr), and by Dr. Park, before he left the practice. I've also been seen by Dr. Jones. All of the doctors and staff are outstanding! They do procedures, either in their clinics, or in surgery centers, which I prefer. I have bad arthritis all throughout my spine & pelvis. I had an Abbott neurostimulator, with two leads up inside my spinal canal that helps mitigate my lumbar pain, and I recently had both my sacroiliac joints fused. Dr. Siwek (jr) did the Abbott implant, and Dr. Siwrk (sr) did my two SI fusions. It can be difficult to have a sit-down, face-to-face meeting with the TPC doctors, due to time constraints, especially in Prescott, but they're excellent surgeons. One of the criteria I use for recommending *ANY* doctor, is that they must have a good sense of humor, and not take themselves too seriously. That's been my experience with Dr's Park, both Dr's Siwek, and Dr. Jones: They are all good-natured, and easy to talk to. And IMO, the staff at the TPC Prescott clinic, and the staff at ASSC are also top-notch. If all you want is oxy, go to a pain management clinic in CA, or buy your drugs off the street. Arizona has a drug problem, and they've rightly made it harder for addicts to get drugs. I got the surgeries because I wanted to get off the drugs!

The procedures (two visits) were done without anesthesia and were relatively painless. The procedures were performed by Dr. Steven Siwek, who is excellent at performing minimally invasive procedures to treat conditions like back pain, nerve pain, and other chronic pain syndromes. Highly recommended for quick, professional treatment by a superior, caring staff.
