It's considered a reservation and you have to do that online. Ok, I go online to make a reservation.... Nope. It's 1:30 and the next available online reservation is 4pm. So, they don't have a way to arrive and even wait for the next available lane. It would be incredibly easy to make this happen and keep business. We ended up leaving without getting food or bowling. Owner or Manager, you should probably take a look at your policy and see how to implement a waiting list so you don't lose business.

It was a well organized event that went smoothly. We had 3 lanes reserved for 2 hours. Our group enjoyed the snack bar and the bar on site. There is also a game room. The staff I encountered were all nice. The restrooms were clean as well as the facility overall. Even though I didn't win, I still really had a fun time!!!! The lanes are tucked away in the back, so you get the entire area to yourselves. One of the best parts is that you can pay a little extra to bring your own food. I definitely took advantage of that because why not? My only complaint is that 2 hours just isn't enough for a full event or party. I would suggest changing to at least 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Other than that, everything went smoothly from booking to check-in. Would definitely recommend for a fun group outing or celebration!
