I took my employees here for a team building bowling event. We went around the time they opened so we wouldn't have to deal with crowds. It was way too loud in here for absolutely no reason. Figuring out the bowling lane request was a little difficult and very expensive. It was $84 for 2 lanes! We reserved an hour, which got us through almost 2 full games. Because we arrived early, we didn't have to reserve in advance and there was no wait. This place is a good spot if you want to keep your activities around Bridge street, but I found it way more expensive than I thought it should be. read more

Stop with the electronics to take orders! They are extremely faulty and annoying. We don't ever see our waiters eyes b/c they are constantly facing down at their screen. They also forget when using electronic devices that they should tend to their tables and make sure the food ACTUALLY arrive! It's took WAY too long to order for having messing with electronic technical difficulties. Then 1/4 of our drinks arrived. Wings took forever to come out and we had to ask for sour waitress to find out where are our wings and bar drinks (that have been going out to all other who arrived after us). We are completely done eating now and have told the waitress 3 times we are missing a beer and here we are over an hour later and no beer. This is ridiculous horrible service considering we just spend $100 on arcade games and another $100 on food. Was the food good, yes. But we won't come back to this horrible service. And your rating of 85 is unacceptable. You literally have a checklist you can keep up with throughout the year. Nothing is a surprise. Do better. read more

My daughter celebrated her 9th Birthday at Main Street. We were met with a friendly face at the desk. She got us quickly with our party host. I am mad that I forgot her name but she was awesome and VERY SWEET. We headed to bowling first. I really like the feel of their bowling alley. It was very personal and comfy seating. It also had the glow in the dark effect. After bowling we did the party, when I say their pizza is AMAZING! It had the best flavor to it. After the party, our hostess offered to put my daughter's presents in a cubby. We declined and just put everything in the car because it was not much. Next, the kiddos hit the ropes course. My son is diagnosed with Autism and ADHD but I was extremely proud of him doing the ropes. We also had two sweet little girl who rocked the course too. After ropes we hit the laser tag, that was so fun. They allow parents to go into the course and watch. We had a little one that ran an 18 year old man down to shoot him. He told us he was in the army but he was puffing hard...Lol! Last but not least, we finished off the night with game room. The kids enjoyed playing and redeeming their points for prizes. I purchased The Main Event for her party. We started at 5:30 and ended at 9:15. I think for the price and the amount of time that we had, I'd say it was a great deal. I would do it again. The kids had a blast. We only had one hiccup and it really did not pertain to the party but the managers quickly resolved the issue. Thanks Main Event for a great time!!! read more

We went tonight with three younger teenagers. The game play was fine. ($250 spent there) The laser tag was fun. ($50 spent there) The restaurant after laser tag was enough to say we will take our money to competitors. We sat down between 8:45-8:50 in the restaurant after our laser tag game was over. The woman that sat us immediately took our drink and app order. We got the app within ten minutes, the drinks took an additional 15. It took about 15 more minutes to take the food order. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches two orders of wings and some chicken strips. All with fries. It took over and hour to get 4 of the 5 meals. We never got one of the chicken sandwiches. We told them what was missing immediately-then we waited again until around 10:20 pm when they said we wouldn't get the sandwich because the grill was closed. (It was a fried chicken sandwich, so where does the grill factor in? Also, it had been an hour and a half since sitting down, which is crazy.) We never got drink refills. In fact, no one came up to us at all to check on anything. Everyone was standing around talking-which you could see through the giant window in front of their kitchen. They told us they took off two meals, but the receipt (which they don't print and they also don't hand you the tablet to look at) still said $98. Five drinks (sodas and tea), one order of pretzel sticks, and 3 meals was $100? They also made sure to select that tip for me! It was a mess. Every single table around us had the manager handing out freebies. I guess we just didn't make enough of a fuss or weren't worth a second look. Will never eat here again, there are better restaurants in walking distance anyways. Trust me, it will be much more convenient for you to leave and get your food/drinks elsewhere. Fun fun fun!! The entire place is family friendly and has something for everyone. We enjoyed laser tag, bowling,billiards, tight rope walking and unlimited gaming. You'll be here for a while enjoying everything they have to offer. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Also they make you feel safe, with security at the door it brings extra levels to safety for kids who walk around by themselves. Enjoying this place is for the big and small, it definitely brought out the kid in me. read more

I have been here on two different occasions now. A large amount of the arcade games aren't able to be used. They're often off or have an error message. Some don't give rings to play the game. We requested a table and we were told about 30 minutes of a wait. We waited almost an hour and got a table finally. Put in an order for appetizers and drinks. Didn't get drinks for 25 minutes. Meanwhile I can see staff members in the kitchen standing around doing nothing or talking with other staff members. We have now been waiting over an hour for appetizers and meals. Had to hunt down the manager for a refill we waited over 45 minutes for. Just really frustrating. Tea also has random floating stuff that shouldn't be in tea. Dave and Buster's or Stars and Strikes will be my go-to's. Don't waste your time or money. Edited to add: There was an excellent server who came to us to rectify the situation and comped our meals. She also gave us a few game tokens to play after dinner. I can't quite remember her name--just that it started with "S" (Sharice, Shanice, or something of the sort). She was so kind and helpful and got us our food within 20 minutes of her coming to us. Absolutely wonderful employee. read more

I've been here over a handful of times and about 60% of the time, my party does not get waited on during bowling. We have always booked 2 or more hours for a lane and are befuddled as to why we haven't been seen by a waiter an hour and a half in, but the lane next to us who arrived after us, is enjoying their food and giant sundae. I would hate to state that the majority of the time it can be speculated that some form of demographic discrimination plays a part in this lack of service. It's abundantly clear that we're being ignored at times, and on one occasion we asked a bartender who we can order food and drinks from for our table, and she directed us to the restaurant on the other side of the building. Moments later we saw her waiting on the lane next to us. The bowling waitlist is also very confusing and we rarely get a text when our lane is ready and have to bother the people at the bowling podium. We've also had issues with our bowling lanes not working or messing up scores. The balls are also subpar at times, and two hours of bowling for 5 people is over $100. There are many bowling lanes that cost half that, so take that into consideration if you're here just for bowling. The arcade is ok. There are many instances where we have lost credits due to a game not working. The kitchen is overpriced but the food is fine. The bar seems unfriendly at times, and attentive at others. It really depends on the day. There are some redeeming aspects about this place, but they have ran their course after our last visit. Overall, it is sort of expensive, the customer service is sometimes pathetic, the bowling is subpar and often has issues, and the arcade eats your credits. This is a fun place 40% of the time, hence the rating. read more

Today was a waste of time. I thought I would have fun here but I was wrong. First it took 2 hours for bowling when it said it would take 1:30. We decided to get food and went to the restaurant all the tables said wait for a host to seat you. We waited up front for 10 minutes and no one came so I asked an employee and she told me to sit down when clearly there is a wait for a host to seat you at every table. Went with family over Christmas Eve. We had a ball. Did the bowling, Lazer tag and games. Unfortunately the ropes were not open so I will have to take my son back because he wants to do them. Bowling is by the hour so next time we will pick out our bowling balls before our time starts so we can take full advantage of our hour. The kids loved playing the arcade games. I'm not sure why all the hate on this place. Most everything seemed reasonably priced and we had a blast! My only complaints is that they rush you through the ropes course and the service during bowling was lacking unless you went to the restaurant or bar and ordered. It was a Monday morning though so that may have had something to do with it. Gaming was as good as the Dave and Busters in the area in my opinion plus they have bowling, laser tag, pool tables, and bowling. Worth spending a few hours in for sure! read more

Visited w/ a group of 6. 2 out of six orders were incorrect. 1 didn't get his burger till 20 mins after the rest of the party. Service was friend but very disorganized and slow. Food was great. While eating a bus boy at another table splashed one of the party with a beverage that was being thrown out. Once we received ticket multiple which were corrected but was still charged incorrectly. Was told the manager was going to come speak to our table multiple time which never happened. 1 order was never fixed. 1st time visiting. Very bad experience. read more

We booked a party for an 8 year old with 10 guests on a Saturday evening. The host did not communicate well and was not present during much of the party. The Lazer tag room was overcrowded and the kids couldn't pick their teams. When we finally got the play pass cards, they didn't work. We had to chase down a manager and he had to re-program the cards. Even though they worked after that with the regular games, they still didn't work with the VR games. We talked to the manager again and were given, yep blank cards again. After another round of reprogramming, he comped us some time due to the inconvenience. FYI the 'service charge' goes to the venue not the host[ess]. Overall the kids did enjoy the games and we did stay the entire time, but it was too loud and crowded. read more
