The girl said another lane would be available in an hour. I said we will get something to eat while we wait but wanted to sign up for the next available. Nope, can't do that. It's considered a reservation and you have to do that online. Ok, I go online to make a reservation.... Nope. It's 1:30 and the next available online reservation is 4pm. So, they don't have a way to arrive and even wait for the next available lane. It would be incredibly easy to make this happen and keep business. We ended up leaving without getting food or bowling. Owner or Manager, you should probably take a look at your policy and see how to implement a waiting list so you don't lose business.

Since there were no other people in line waiting except for a lady with four kids, I asked the staff if the people who had reserved the lanes were actually in the building. I was told they were when they were not. Holding lanes for people not in the facility makes no sense. This is not a good way to run a business. If you want to bowl here reserve/prepay for your lanes otherwise you may be turned away.
