Called around and found the closest Napa to have a new one was in Centralia. Even though they showed one in stock, Terri actually went back to verify they had it, pulled it and held it for us, and confirmed they had tools we could borrow to change it out. Took us over 2 hours for a tow to get to us. When we got dropped at Napa both Terri and Tony went out of their way to assist us. They were truly wonderful, best people ever! They went out of their way; above and beyond to help us get back up and running again. Tony actually assisted with his own tools when we needed something they didn't have and assisted my husband. He sound very rude and short with one of the staff members.My husband had said something to one of the counter staff and with out even looking up or acknowledging anything he made a snarky comment to my husband. If we weren't already in the process of checking out my husband said we would have left right then. Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.

Driving back from Seattle to Central Oregon we had an unexpected engine misfire. We called AAA and…read moregot towed to Auto Tech Services of Centralia. (AAA approved auto repair facility that's been pre-screened) this was late in the day and we fully anticipated this would be a timely fix and were stressed trying to see how we could make this all work with pets and a young child at home. Shane and Sean both were extremely professional and helpful from the moment we walked in offering us water and a clean bathroom. They diagnosed our problem quickly and offered us a quote and options. John offered to stay late to work in order to get us back on the road the next day. (So thankful to you John!) The team helped us secure good accommodations at one of the newly remodeled hotels in the area and shuttled us there and back the next day. They called back the next day when they said they would. Despite the unexpected setback, this shop was outstanding in both their both their customer and prompt service. I just acquired a 2019 Corolla and it needed a little help. I work as a mechanic and I was pretty…read moresure I could do the job of adding a stereo but, opted to use these guys as I was unsure of the module programming that might be involved. I had shopped a few of their competitors before I walked in and they were significantly less than the competition. then it came out that the competition was going right for top tier equipment just because they'd make money. they made a recommendation that would cure my major issues. the rear speakers blew in the car (apparently JBL factory sound has this problem pretty frequently). I replaced them and the sound from them was just painfully bright. I wanted wireless Apple CarPlay as I was considering it a safety feature. in other words, one less reason for a phone to be touched in the car. anyhow, both problems could be solved with a head unit swap. initially, I was pretty unhappy with what I ended up with. the factory microphone was NOT retained, the fader was INOP and the display didn't dim with the headlights. I expressed my displeasure at this and then it came out. the adapter (car interface) was not doing the job it was supposed to do. the "right" module took a call to the manufacturer to find because of the year make and model of the car. once the right parts were found, I returned, dropped the car off and waited to be called. this worked out pretty incredibly. he refunded me for the parts that didn't do the job well and charged me the difference for the better module. no extra labor. so again, I would highly recommend this business. they've been around for at least 10 years that I'm aware of. great service from good people.
