There is NO way Aaron B wouldl have thought it was from a "secret Santa" as it comes attached to a letter explaining the finance charges and payments, and the back of the check is full of information referencing the agreement. If you cannot meet the terms of the loan, don't take the loan. The check I received was for $604 with $98 payments for 9 months. Nobody forces people to take the money, and it doesn't take much to know it is not from a secret Santa.

Part of any customer service role is being empathetic and sympathetic with the client and their needs. Erica lacks the essential basics of customer service and more her message she showed by laugh at my concern. three stars Is not truly what would represent this location but based on the initial experience at the Grissome location tip over today. The way business works is retaining a customer not pushing them away.
