They made suggestions that were good. And the cars were clean and very well maintained. Triangle Motors charges very fair rental prices. One way I think they are able to do this is by restricting the number of miles you can drive. If you are looking for a rental car to drive to the Grand Canyon and back in less than a week, you probably won't be satisfied here. But if you need a reliable, clean car to drive around town at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you. One last thing. Businesses used to advertise that the customer is always right. The guys at Triangle Motors make you feel that way.

The concentrated dye ran down the hose and onto his hands, legs, feet, shoes, socks, and shorts. As a result, the dye permanently stained and ruined his socks, shoes, and shorts. The dye was so difficult to remove that he had to use brake cleaner to get it off his hands. When he brought the issue to Doug's attention, Doug was dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. He commented that my son's shoes were old anyway and offered only a few dollars toward dry cleaning the shorts. Doug's response was disrespectful and failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the problem. The car wash bays themselves are visibly stained blue, indicating this is not an isolated incident and has affected other customers as well. Despite this, Doug did not appear concerned about correcting the issue or adequately compensating for the damage caused. Beware, do mot use their care wash!!
