My taco Tuesday continued into a taco weds and I couldn't be any happier. Tried the shrimp tacos and man were they great! First off, you watch them cook the tacos right in front of you so they are extra fresh and when I got mine the tortilla was perfectly warm and a little crispy. I have been a customer for 15 years. From finding the truck behind the Maritime center in Fort Lauderdale it has been quite a journey. The food is delicious. The perfect amount served in a paper plate hot off the Grill. I will call the ambience nothing short of eat it and beat it. This is a permanent food truck along the river next to the Andrews bridge in Fort Lauderdale's Huizenga's Park. They are open for lunch and dinner. We stopped in on Taco Tuesday....order 2 tacos and you get free guacamole and chips. Yum Yum taco: AMAZING! They ended up running out later in the evening, but I was lucky to get one. It is spicy Korean Pork with yummy toppings on a corn tortilla. Rodeo Taco: grilled steak with yummy toppings. Guac was very good! Staff is friendly. They have about 5 tables setup along the river with chairs. There was no line or long wait the evening we went. Having a place to sit is really nice compared to most food truck experiences. I've had Nacho Biness before at other food truck round ups. I'm very happy I can walk to this place and not deal with the crowds and have a seat!! I am doing a clinical rotation just around the corner and really needed a quick bite to eat. This place had some great reviews on Yelp and the pics looked great so I had to give it a try. The food truck is situated right on the intercostal and offers a great view while you enjoy some great food. I have tried the chicken quesadilla ($9), steak and firecracker shrimp tacos ($4 each), and their ginger lemonade. All taste delicious and fresh! Most of their food has sweet chilli sauce which pairs really well with the tacos and the freshness of the cilantro but does not make each item unique. It did not take too long for them to make my order either which was great for me to come and go pretty quick. My first time coming here the employees were really helpful and suggested things to try. Firstly Food trucks are the best !!!! Absolutely Love 'em !!Yesterday was the first time I ever tried nacho Bizness Taco's and let me tell you they were amazing. What I tried: - Spring Break Mahi - Firecracker Shrimp - Kungfu Tuna The Spring Break Mahi and the Firecracker Shrimp taco's were very flavorful and well cooked. The flavor of the kungfu Tune on the whole was good but.... may be it's just me but I really felt like the Tuna was a bit undercooked for my taste so that was a bit of a let down. Out of these taco's "SPRING BREAK MAHI" is the winner for me and it was my favorite (all five stars to that). I haven't had mahi ever before and it was delightful. It was very soft like it was cooked to perfection, the honey tropical pineapple slaw was flavor packed and the tortilla was still warm and a bit crispy. So I first came across Nacho Bizness while supporting Worth A Wrist, down in Wynwood. I've only had 3 things on the menu.. The Yum Yum Burrito ($7/$9), the Freak'N Rican Quesadilla ($8), and the ice cold Chronic Ginger Lemonade ($3). The Yum Yum Burrito is by far one of the most tastiest burritos I've ever had. There's a great combination of spicy and sweet. And just sometimes - whoever is making the chilled cucumbers with the red pepper flakes, has a heavy hand. Sometimes it's just right and other times, it's too spicy to enjoy. The Freak'N Rican Quesadilla is my second favorite item on their menu. I just tried this item tonight, and I wish I would of tried it sooner. Who would of thought to put a sweet plantain with cheese inside a quesadilla? Not me. But I'm sure glad Nacho Bizness did because it's delicious! A lot of people really enjoy the flavor of the ice cold Chronic Ginger Lemonade. But I am personally not a fan of this beverage. If I was just rating the food, that would be 5 stars hand down. But once you factor in the friendliness of the employees, the price of the food, and the availability to enjoy the food - those are my reasons for taking off 1 star. read more

Delicious fusion tacos.My girlfriend and I have always been a fan of small food trucks; it's a one man (plus a female compadre in this case) show, and as such, he is able to prep, cook, and plate each serving of mouth watering cuisine to perfection. Sure, there are lots of taco trucks, and sure, alot of them cook some sort of "fusion" food, but how many can remember you after not being there for almost a year? Nacho Bizness can. That's the personal touch that gives this place five stars in my book. They care about what the do at this truck, and its reflected in the food and the service. want a tip? show up to the truck, blindfold yourself, and point at the menu. whatever you order will be that good. seriously. My personal favorite is the freakin rican quesadilla followed by the spring break mahi taco at a close second, (maybe even a dead tie). Everything here has a great balance of flavor, you've got spicy components balanced by something cool, tortillas grilled to just right texture, and all of the greens are super fresh, something I often find lacking at other food trucks. Nothing is worse then great protein in a taco buried in cabbage or cilantro wilted beyond hope. luckily that has never been the case here. read more

A very short walk from the high priced Las Olas Blvd, I found a food cart that serves inexpensive food with tons of flavor and gourmet flair. At a look at the short but diverse menu I selected the Yum Yum tacos - Korean pulled pork w/diced cucumbers and the Marley tacos - Jerk chicken w/pineapple slaw. Both perfectly spicy, tons of flavor, all the ingredients perfectly complimented. I also recommend the in-house made Chronic Ginger Lemonade, very refreshing. Located in Bubier Parak with cool seating area just behind the cart on the Tarpon River. A great spot for lunch Monday through Friday. Unlike many food trucks this location is permanent so they'll be there when you are. Do yourself a favor and skip the pricey restaurants, seek out Nacho Bizness for an excellent lunch. read more

Delicious!!! You must try the YUM YUM taco - Spicy Korean pulled pork w/ chilled cucumbers, it's their most popular and sometimes sell out so go early! I also love the Yum Yum salad bowl which is the same as the taco but on a bed of greens without the tortilla. The SPRING BREAK taco is super fresh - Grilled mahi mahi w/ tropical pineapple slaw. Everything at this local food truck is great! They know their ingredients and take the time to properly marinate and cook the food just right. I have been to the CITI BANK parking lot location where they park most Wednesdays and Fridays, which is just west of US1, on SE 2nd Street, 1 block N of Las Olas and 1 block S of Broward Blvd, the parking lot is open and easily accessible, just drive in, park and walk over to the food truck. As I plan to frequent Lauder Ale in the near future, I wanted to see what was available on different nights. So I went for the acclaimed Taco Tuesday last week. I gotta say, it made me more excited about making return visits. Yes, there was a great Mariachi band and beer specials, but the crown jewel was the Nacho Bizness Food Truck. Yeah, there were tacos, but I doubt you've ever had tacos like these. Each one was a signature dish, with individual toppings that made them as individualistic and incredible as they were original. The tortillas looked handmade and were cooked on the griddle, giving them an authenticity that's hard to find nowadays. All the tacos had a little Island flavour to them as well. Between the seasoning, the spices and the toppings, you couldn't ask for anything better. The pulled pork and the mahi were especially mouthwatering. In fact, I didn't want to eat anything else for the next couple days because of how phenomenal the tacos were. Oh, and they have fresh cut tortilla chips and creamy, delicious guacamole also. Their hot sauces had a really nice kick to them and were not just Tabasco based. Super flavorful. Follow them on social media. Go wherever they're gonna be next, and prepare yourself to be disappointed by whatever you eat in the next couple days, because all you'll be able to think about are these tacos. read more

Nacho Bizness is here at my job today and I have rarely found a food truck so far that I've been impressed with their food. The chicken quesadilla was excellent with slaw and a Thai Chili sauce that was awesome. My co-worker had two tacos and said they were phenomenal, but slightly pricey for the size/amount. $9 for two tacos should mean they at least came with a side or were bigger in size. Also they didn't have some of what they had advertised in their menu sent out by reception and they didn't have enough supplies considering the volume of people here. They are slightly understocked or underestimated the amount of people. I dont know. Either way, 4 stars for the food! Had to take away one star for just those three minor issues. read more

I had heard so much of this food truck in the past that I always wanted to try their food, but could never find them. Lo and behold, while Baseling with friends in Wynwood this past Thursday, we were on our way to J Wakefield Brewery and when we get to the front of the brewery, as if my wishes had been answered, I saw the Nacho Bizness food truck parked out front. i was giddy as a little kid would be in a candy store. I immediately went to the food truck, and looking at the menu I was torn between ordering the Yum Yum burrito or the Marley. I opted for the "Marley" and being the comelon I am, I ordered the large portion (I really need to stop doing that); while waiting for the burrito to be prepared I made a quick run inside to get a beer to wash down this future gift from heaven. Once I received my burrito and took a bite of it, I was in nirvana. The Marley is a burrito stuffed with jerk chicken, pineapple slaw and chili sauce. The sweetness of the pineapple slaw mixed with the spice of the jerk chicken and chili sauce in your mouth makes you feel like you want to start jumping up and down and sing some Bob Marley. I am so glad I was able to experience this food truck and can't wait to see it next time. read more

NOW I'M A BELIEVER... Everybody's been raving about the whole food truck trend, and until tonight, I'd never partaken, but now? Now everything is different! Wow! This was the very first Tuesday night "BTTR" food court at 109th and Biscayne Blvd in North Miami. I'd been looking forward to it all day, but after working late, going to the gym, and running to the store, it was 9:30 by the time I made it over there. I half expected it to be completely closed down, but there was just one shiny little food truck still humming away with a happy crowd of kids hanging out--Nacho Bizness. I ordered a veggie taco and a veggie burrito to go. The total? Eight bucks. :) and it was more than enough for one person. I tried the veggie taco first. Everything was super fresh and crunchy--corn, baby yellow squash, some really good black beans, but there wasn't enough spice for me. I should've taken some hot sauce. Then I tried the burrito and that's when I fell for Nacho Bizness. Oh yes, it IS my bizness. Sweet, spicy, smokey...... is that chipotle? It was creamy and hearty and perfect. The right amount of rice, and just crazy layered flavors. I will try the burrito again for sure! Next Tuesday can't get here soon enough. Delicious, cost-effective, convenient, fun! We are big foodies, and we go to food truck evens 2 a week, and never had any experience with any other food truck, so here goes. I visited the food truck excited to try all the food and wonderful reviews that were left. However, unlike many people on here my experience was very different. Firstly, we ordered and the owner messed up our order (one of my party members is extremely allergic to beans, and she asked nicely twice, three times for no beans, and the lady assured us there would be no beans in her burrito. Sure enough, it had beans and she being an anaphylaxis we all worried she would have an extremely allergic reaction. Upon bringing the burrito back, and nicely notifying the gentlemen that there were beans in the burrito, he decided it was necessary to curse and yell, calling me and my party names like idiots and morons, and other colorful language. No one in my party said one rude comment, to be honest we were all in utter shock that the owner and the very person who messed up the order would react in such a disgusting manner. Weeks later, we wrote him an email asking for an apology which we never got a response too, and, even called in which he hung up...again never being rude, cursing, or being disrespectful. This food experience was an utter nightmare, my friend got sick from his chicken burrito, one burrito potentially could of harmed my other friend, and then to be cursed out by the owner for the mistakes he made. This truck is a joke, save your money spend it elsewhere don't risk it with this guy, and even if you do and there's a problem, he may handle the situation as he handled it with us. I've reported him to the BBB, the city in which he was serving ( they are doing an investigation). Please PLEASE PLEASE be careful when going here, this guy lost his passion, has no sense how to talk to people and is an overall jerk. Trucks like this give all food trucks a bad image. read more

First off let me start by saying we found the place be issue of so many stars and reviews on Yelp. We are so so so excited to get here and see what all the hype was about! We rushed off the plane, got our rental and went straight to the food truck. We were exhausted and starving so of course our eyes were way bigger than our stomaches. Before ordering they informed us that they were out of shrimp, chicken and one more thing so it was kind of hard to get what we initially wanted but we made it work! I ordered two tacos. What was left of the chicken in one taco and a steak taco. They were seasoned and topped very nicely. The only thing that really threw me off was the sweat sauce that was on everything. It wasn't my favorite but I salute them because they have these flavors for a reason! My boyfriend got a burrito that he of course loved and then we both shared a quesadilla and added steak to it. Good stuff people! This place is small even for a food truck but the flavors are huge. The menu is fairly small, essentially tacos and burritos, but they also have specials. When I went it was hot dogs topped with their unique toppings. I highly recommend the yum yum taco. The spicy pork filling, besides being 100% pork (Taco Bell burn), is seasoned just right and topped with cucumbers and a cooling sour cream. I also tried the steak burrito, which was equally delicious. The portions are just right if not a little on the generous side. Take a look at the online menu but be prepared to drool a little bit. The owner is a real cool guy and very personable. As soon as we came up he welcomed us, and explained a little bit about the menu. He also threw in free order of chips and salsa. His story is on the back of the menu and is inspiring to say the least. Basically it boils down to a man following his dreams. With a story like that you know he cares about the quality of his food. As this is down the street from my office, I'll definitely be frequenting this establishment. read more

I'm from Southern California. We know Mexican food. I have driven to Ensenada just for the afternoon to taste the heavenly treat that is a real fish taco, so when I discovered Nacho Bizness at a food truck roundup (Pembroke Pines Lexus) I rejoiced! I've had the baja fish taco with pineapple slaw, korean bbq taco with sriracha and their thirst-quenching "Chronic" lemonade, a tangy mix of fresh lemonade and bits of ginger. It's just the right thing to cool the burn from the spicy salsas. Owner is friendly, staff is welcoming and eager to please....definitely has a laid back, California vibe to it. We came for the $1 Marley Taco special and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of food on the menu. For such a small truck they had everything from jerk chicken tacos to Korean beef sliders on authentic ben boa buns. The Marley was excellent. The toppings perfectly complimented the chicken. I also had the Korean slider. They were nicely seasoned but a little dry. We also tried the ginger lemonade. I liked the ginger in it but wanted the drink to be a little sweeter.
