THESE GUYS JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. Tow truck showed up earlier than promised. This was the only good part of this transaction. I noticed the tow truck's tires were incredibly worn. One of the tires even had wires coming out. I notified the tow truck driver that hey maybe you should change your tires because they don't look safe. STUPID ME for being a normal human being and pointing out a potential issue. The driver continued loading my car on to the tow truck and I'm assuming okay we're about to take off. I was going to drive another vehicle to the tire shop that was going to work on the car being towed, only to get a phone call from Ryan the driver that he has to take the tow truck to a tire shop at his boss's direction to change that tire that I notified them about. So I call Tic Toc and speak to whoever is running the CLOWN SHOW this morning and he notifies me that we have to change the tire on the tow truck AND THAT it's not safe. He's telling me if I don't like what's going on he can return the car and I can call someone else. THOSE TIRES WERE BAD FOR MONTHS NOT WEEKS AND NO ONE FROM YOUR COMPANY DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS AN EMERGENCY. NOW ITS A LIABILITY. WHEN MY CAR IS OM YOUR TOW TRUCK. WHAT ABOUT THE LIABILITY OF HAVING MY TRUCK ON TOP OF YOUR TRUCK WHILE THEY'RE WORKING ON THE TIRES FOR THE TOW TRUCK. Now why in world would you inconvenience me by holding up my day and what I have to do by changing the tires on your tow truck with MY CAR STILL on the truck. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT ON YOUR OWN TIME. NOT YOUR CLIENT'S TIME. MAYBE you guys should do a walk around every morning and make sure your tow trucks are ready to hit the streets. MAYBE you should have sent another one of your trucks for the client once you realized that the tires aren't safe AND HANDLE IT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL. I can think of a couple of other ways that Tic Toc could have handled this but honestly this is VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. And on top of that I get the car delivered to the shop and while unloading Ryan scratches the two wheels on the drivers side. Honestly unbelievably bad experience this morning. Call someone else instead of these guys. Horrible FUCKING service. read more

We were stranded in the middle of the night and far from home. After waiting almost 7 hours for a different company that AAA had assigned and then finally giving up after the sun came out. I was able to reach Tic Toc Tow's owner and he was able to get a driver dispatched immediately. Driver Mike came to the rescue and took care of our car and took us safely home. I'm so happy I called this towing company to help me move my car off the freeway after an accident today. I forgot the name of the gentleman on the phone who helped me, but him and Alex, the tow truck driver, was super kind in aiding me. I was very distraught and Alex not only helped tow my truck, but help advise me on what to do next and dropped me off (and stayed for as long as he could even!) at a wonderful auto body shop he trusted, who were also very helpful. my car was towed from one dealership to another today by a driver named Mario, from tic tic towing in San Fernando Valley. I want to appla him for his professionalism and excellence in customer service. The dealership was giving me the run around about dropping my car off without me being present and mario wen and found the drop box and brought it to their attention that it was accessible and no need for me to have to drI've over a hour to pick them up..He called me and told me that my car was safe and secure and not to inconvenience myself because everything was taken care of. He also sent me pictures of my car and in about the drop box.. AAA sent Tic Toc Tow , They then informed us that the tow truck would arrive at 3:07, when 3:10 came around we got in contact with AAA they then called the tow company . & they told us that they would arrive at 3:34 . so we waited again then around 3:40 we were told the tow truck would arrive by 4:00 . when the tow finally arrived the the driver was smoking he was attitude was rude he took 5 seconds to look at our vehicle & decided he could not tow when he was on a Flat bed truck . would not recommend this company at all ! read more
