Spend my weekend in Las Vegas to get away from the gnarly LA rain. They wrote my number down wrong, off by one number & then proceed to blame me for it when they could have just called the number back that contacted them 6 times in a row. The manager WINTER is the most unprofessional manger I've ever heard over the phone. She offered no help or support with any of my issues including causing me to miss my appointment at Honda.
