I could order one for myself and not have them loose the item like the last thing they ordered for me. We headed to Death Valley over Spring Break in our newly purchased used Motor Home to dry camp at…read moreFurnace Creek camprground. We have a residential refrigerator and use the inverter to keep it going when not using shore power. When we arrived at Furnace Creek after a 41/2 hour drive and set camp we discovered the inverter not working nor any receptacles wired to the inverter. Our inverter apparently was not charging while traveling. We tried to use the generator and it was surging badly so we turned it off ( part of dead batteries problem). We had no choice but to head back home or find a park that has shore power. We ended up in Pahrump at a park with full hook ups. We decided to see if the problem could be fixed and called Four Seasons RV Service after seeing the good reviews. We were able to schedule an appointment the next morning for repairs. In the mean time our power returned about 3 hours after plugging in to shore power( our 4 six volt house batteries must have recharged). The inverter was making loud noises and seemed to be shorting out inside. Rick the owner and mechanic arrived right on time. While appraising the situation he moved one of the battery cables and there was a very loud pop as the cable shorted by grounding to chassis. The cable was lying on the batteries and was supposed to be bolted to the side of the battery box away from the batteries. This was apparently causing a short in the system. Rick bolted the cable to the wall and the inverter operated much quieter from that point. We had no further problems and the refrigerator was still operating on the inverter during the trip and even into the next morning. The generator is also purring like a kitten. Rick was able to diagnose the problem and make an in field fix caused by my home RV shop that had installed new batteries in Sepember. They had installed the new batteries and left the cable laying on the batteries causing the shorting problem. I highly recommend Four Seasons RV Service. They are reliable, knowledgeable, honest and fair.

We tried to get an Uber to take us from the middle of nowhere Death Valley to Pahrump and after 14 hours we had zero luck. Nick (one of the service writers) authorized one of his employees to come pick us up!!!! Larry, our driver, was incredible!!! As my family got to bond with him on our hour long drive! Once we got to Saitta Trudeau, Nick greeted us promptly, already had information about what was going on with my Jeep and went over my warranty with us. We were greeted by the rest of the staff, everyone was super friendly, asking us how they could help, or if we needed anything. If it were not for Nick and this dealership, we would still be stranded in Death Valley! After we decided as a family to rent a car (we live 4 hours south), we walked over to Enterprise. They did not have any cars, and told us the closest rental car location was in Las Vegas!!! Another hour away! Saitta Trudeau authorized Larry, once again, to drive us to Vegas, so that we could get home safely! My family and I are so grateful to Nick, Larry, and Saitta Trudeau for taking such amazing care of us!!! Our family vacation to Death Valley did not turn out as expected, but I am overwhelmed by the generosity, patience, and commitment to providing excellent service!!! Thank you so much!

I love the idea of hitting the road on a whim and exploring the great outdoors. My husband and I jumped at the chance to check these out in person after finding them in town at Nevada RV. Features Overview: These 'Little Guy' teardrop trailers pack a punch with the amount of features they fit into their tiny package. They offer a queen sized bed with nice cabinetry, lighting, roof ventilation, privacy screens, and even offer an outdoor galley kitchen. Size Options: These 'Little Guy' varieties are available in 4′, 5′, and 6′ wide. They're ideal for 1 to 2 adults (with small pets and a kid). This is what we came to admire and try out (to ensure my 6'2 husband would even fit it-he did). They also offer other options that include the T@G- T@B- and other larger versions if that's you're thing (see pictures for an idea of the various sizes they had in stock during our tour). He said there's been a few changes and they have addressed and are continuing to address the service communications. The issue comes with the "manager". Everyone says buy local, keep your money in Pahrump blah blah, the manager doesn't feel the same or he is just use to the "my way or the highway" mentality. Sucks to have to look to take business to Las Vegas, where none of the money makes it back to Pahrump.
