I was just going to pay my ticket when I got a random urge to look around for ticket lawyers. After seeing the reviews for ticket crushers I contacted them almost out of a weird sense of curiosity to see if they could really get almost any ticket dismissed. The person I talked to on the phone was very professional and made it clear that they can't make any guarantees. However, the sense of unspoken confidence he had about their services made me know that I was in good hands and what ultimately made my decision was seeing so many reviews stating they've gotten 2 or 3 tickets dismissed which means each review is not a one off. The whole process was completely seamless and easy. You can almost just forget that you have a ticket until they get it dismissed for you. They go to your arraignment and go to court for you and do all the work. You do not even need to appear in court yourself. They completely remove all the stress from the process. A couple things I've learned from this entire process: (1) Always fight your ticket. A lot of people think they will just go to traffic school and not get another ticket for 18 months but there's always a chance of getting tickets for something small when you're not paying attention like a rolling stop or going 75 in a 65 (both of which have happened to me). If you use up your opportunity for traffic school then you have to become the most anal and annoying driver (literally nobody stops all the way at stop signs!). (2) Always use ticket crushers. I've used this firm TWICE. If you can speak English and know how to send mails to the court, I'd save the attorney fee by doing so. This firm even made mistakes of dropping my info/evidence and was incompetent to make up for that. 1. "Not fully stopping before right turn", red light camera caught me. They reduced the fine by 50% and made me do a traffic school. Considering this is my literally first ticket, I'm quite sure a simple mail to the judge asking for a reduction in fine would have gave me the same outcome. I didn't hire an attorney for this mediocre results. 2. Not so long after, I got a very questionable "following too closely" ticket on a half empty road. Things happen right? I gave this firm a second chance, because the representative reviewed my dash cam video, and said at least the point can be dropped, if not the case can be disputed with very high chance. I've made sure that "I am not traffic school eligible as I already did it" -- let alone these guys should have some customer database as I've used them before --and also shared the dash cam video. Representative told me to rest assured. Voila! The firm was clumsy enough to DROP my information and EVIDENCE. The attorney walked into the court empty handed knowing nothing, was surprised to see that I was not traffic school eligible, and just asked for reduction in fine, not even letting the officer testify and somehow fighting the case. This is laughable, and even more so because they told me this story admitting their fault, but still call it a "positive outcome" because I saved $50! I asked the firm to make up for their mistake. They say we can somehow appeal. For next 6 months I pushed them bi-weekly because they would never start something on their own. After 6 months they now say the request was declined due to various reasons. Here's a catch: I did not even get the $50 reduction in fine yet! Also they STILL recommended me to try out their online traffic school for just $8! I asked if attending the school will drop my point for sure. They say they cannot guarantee that of course. Now you should have a better sense of who you are talking to. Find someone else who will actually take care of you. read more
