I was givena referral fro this this firm. But I was never put in contact with the attorney. The way they work is the attorney just studies on the court date and you can't even have a information exchange or how the attorney is planning to work on your case. I believe they just go to the court and hope the officer doesn't showup and no strategy. Nor are you allowed to discuss the strategy. read more

Anyway back to my pre trial they laid the biggest egg possible that morning. It was hard to watch, Talk about unprepared, literally had no arguments, the silence of the lambs. Allowed the DA to shred me to pieces, no objections, no tenacity, nada, I was seeing myself being undone, it was a surreal, unpleasant and nightmarish experience. My dismissal hearing was amateur hour as well Erica Auer was nervous and got stuck many times. I could see clearly opportunities where she could've turned the tide, but she did not take advantage, you could clearly see her lack of experience, and how the hearing was getting away from us. I could go on and on. The crazy part is after they gloriously failed and I was remanded they asked me for 100 K to continue being my lawyers LOL unbelievable ! the audacity, and nerve. That was never the price we discussed but they wanted to take advantage of the situation because my charges were raised. By the way Christopher D'Anjou, Esq. Accompanied Erica Auer for my pre trial. He was lethargic, inconsequential, unassertive, and a punching bag for the DA that morning OFFERED NOTHING don't even know why he came, brought nothing to the table. I gave them everything, a case that was missing so many key components, and yet they still couldn't do anything. The DA didn't even respect my defense team, they didn't even appraise them of anything that would happen or their plan for my pre trial day, that screams lack of respect. Anyway I'm placing this warning here for others that might stop here. Find a proper criminal defense lawyer and verify their track record before hiring them. Also do not go solely based on price. Lastly, they ignored every request I asked them to explore for my case, my next lawyer didn't and I am out now All thanks to my lord and creator of course. I got a fail to stop at school bus ticket which I sought help from Ticket Crushers. When I contacted them, they said that they don't guarantee the outcome but claimed 95% success rate. When I asked further about what do they mean by success, they said that the have over 90% success rate in dismissing traffic and DUI cases. A few months late, I got this email: "Your Ticket Crushers lawyer went to court for you, and resolved your case. Your attorney exhausted all strategies and negotiating tactics to obtain a different outcome. However, the judge was not agreeable to a different outcome and granted traffic school. Participation in traffic school will result in no points on your license and prevent the ticket from appearing on your driving record. " So essentially they took my $250 and nothing changed. I could have just paid the ticket and attended the traffic school... Either their 90% or 95% "advertised" success rate is bluffing or I am extremely unlucky. This is by far the worse service I have seen from a law firm and I feel bad for anyone paying out of pocket for these people. It doesn't matter how many times the trial has been postponed, He/she will appear. Also, having appeared and appealed a ticket in Marin County myself. Got a ticket while doing deliveries. I didn't stop on a stop sign. For sure a point on my license was a BIG worry for me. I need my license to work.
