My partner and I came here after a long day, we got there 15 minutes before the Rebel Roots truck closed, but they were still super friendly and ready to take our order! I went with the Hawaiian pork bowl and absolutely smashed it. Don't read this wrong, it was still a good size but it was so delicious that it was impossible not to finish. The best part? I didn't feel bloated after and it kept me satisfied. I wish we had something like this back home! My only note is that they are only open until 6 pm - so plan accordingly for lunch or an early dinner!
