The pricing is pretty high and the food is definitely southwestern not true Mexican, which you can tell from the photos. We had the chips and salsa. The chips were definitely homemade and thick. The chips were delicious alone but I came with a green and red sauce. The green sauce was good, the red was okay and both were mild. For dinner I had the carne asada tacos and my dad had the pollo tacos. Each taco plate comes with 4 and you cannot mix and match. The carne asada was delicious. You could tell the meat was high quality and seasoned well. The tortillas were corn, but thick and delicious. I do not usually like corn but these were phenomenal. The pollo was okay, I wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning on the chicken but I do like that the portion of the meat was substantial. To drink I got their pineapple drink with vodka instead of tequila. It was good but small and almost $20

Literally only ingredients were bad tortillas, cole slaw, chunk of fish, and a sauce. (I asked for no cilantro) Scrap this whole recipe and start over please. Slight redemption with decent chips and queso, the salsa was just watered down tomatoes. In all my time in Mexico, Cali, Texas, and Miami those tacos made me sad. I hope to visit Mama Blancos again one day and give them a shot at redemption!
