Last night my friend called this service because her bike lock was damaged in a bike theft attempt outside of dogpatch boulders. We were told wait 30 mins and it was over an hour and the man kept calling and saying 40 mins, ten more etc. So after lots of waiting, he shows up and says his grinder can't cut through the rubber casing of the lock, so he tried drilling the key hole, to no success. Add One star for trying. He gets in the car to leave and says he will send someone else who has the right attachment in the grinder and leaves, then texts my friend that the other person can't come until tomorrow. Not only was the quote $250, twice as much as the second locksmith we had to call, but we had wasted over two hours waiting on a locksmith and not getting the bike unlocked. At least we didn't have to pay for the failed attempt to unlock a cheap Ulock. Yaniv was incredibly helpful and quick on our time constraint. Last night was the first night in my new flat and of course somehow we get locked out of my room. Mind you this was at 12am and we tried calling so many locksmiths and tried picking the lock ourselves. We had no luck picking the lock ourselves and all these "24/7" locksmiths either tried charging me $200-300 or didn't pick up the phone or just hung up on me. This happened all night long.
