For starters they greet you with a very friendly attitude when coming in. The person who guided me in was the same, extremely friendly. Then comes the "didn't know piece"...in Conyers it is VERY hit or miss if the person guiding you in with use the spray gun on your car as a pretreat and IF they do it's just water. In Johns creek they used it and SOAP came out and she did the entire car! When we went in I can tell you it was double the soap and after it was rinsed they hit me with double the soap again! When we drove out my truck was far more clean there than in Conyers (which is sad)! On my way back home the next day we went back thru Conyers and it was worse than usual.
