There was a sign on the door saying he would be gone, quite a lot longer. so after about 10 minutes, he comes back, goes into the office and locks the door. So I can't tell whether he'll open up in a second or whether it'll be another 30 minutes or more. So disrespectful to the customers. I will not be back here. I'm not the only person waiting and wondering.

I give this place five stars! This was my second time here…read more It's very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.

For starters they greet you with a very friendly attitude when coming in. The person who guided me in was the same, extremely friendly. Then comes the "didn't know piece"...in Conyers it is VERY hit or miss if the person guiding you in with use the spray gun on your car as a pretreat and IF they do it's just water. In Johns creek they used it and SOAP came out and she did the entire car! When we went in I can tell you it was double the soap and after it was rinsed they hit me with double the soap again! When we drove out my truck was far more clean there than in Conyers (which is sad)! On my way back home the next day we went back thru Conyers and it was worse than usual. Most likely cancelling my and my wife's membership. Why do we have to go to other places to get good service??

I told him I had 35 years of industrial automation engineering experience and could see this place is not your ordinary carwash, so he gave me the backstage tour. I will have to say I am totally impressed, this place is light years ahead of the competition when it comes to efficiency and design, there are no brushes are running 100 miles an hour beating on your your car, but new style soft neoprene rubber wipers, like used in wet suits,  gently rotating around the entire vehicle, double-crossing over the back and front. I watched several cars and truck go through and get pampered while coming out sparkling clean. I have used the other guys, and over the last 9 months I have had a mirror, a windshield wiper and a mud flap ripped off my truck. I can see that won't happen here. He has even custom designed the wheel cleaners to be able to handle the larger truck tires you typically find around here. You can see his passion and pride of a job well done, in his design. They use 1/10th the water of other carwashes, all reclaimed, filtered and efficiently recycled. Hal showed me their patented state-of-the-art energy monitoring and optimization system. Believe me, when I say, no expense was spared to make this place top-notch. Before going there, I had asked the guy down the street about the place when I was getting my oil changed, another customer spoke up and said "they are expensive", true they charge $2 more than the cookie-cutter franchise guy down the street, but a filet at Ruth's Chris steakhouse costs more that one at Applebee's but everyone understands why. Needless to say, I'm sold, I will be swapping over my monthly wash membership to these guys, even if it does cost me a few bucks extra.
