Came by to get my truck washed the other day with high expectations. The car wash is really nice and new so I had hoped it would do a really good job. They had someone going over certain parts with a brush before the wash. When I finished with the wash though my truck was still considerably dirty. There were spots where you could see the brushes had hit certain parts but didn't get the whole area. I emailed what I believe is the owner or manager with no response. read more

Signed up on March 3rd upon visiting this location for the first time. Told the attendant we were only signing up for one month due to out-of-state travel. He said "no problem", just cancel no later than April 3rd. We canceled on April 3rd (received email confirmation), yet were not only charged again but the agreed monthly charge of $21.50 increased to $32.34. Called customer service and they said that "the fine print" on our windshield decal states that you must cancel 7 days prior. And they added that our initial rate was a one-month promo. Asked to speak to a Manager and naturally, no manager on staff today. A real shame, because had the Lutz Ops Manager not given us the "sales pitch" versus the fine print, we would gladly use this service again. Just awfully ran. They put a sticker on my windshield that never works. I pay the monthly thing. No one comes and helps till 5 cars pass me. Every time they say they'll get a new pass and never do. Car washes never wash it well. Never drys well. Manager sucks. read more

The car wash is a good experience. But When I went to go dry it off And ask the guy for towels, he refused. Seriously WTF?? I asked him why he said it's gonna rain any minute. What a freakin moron. It's not rocket science to work in a car wash, he literally walked away to ask the boss if I could get a towel. In the 7 minutes waiting there, now it was drizzling & I left. I got a refund and an apology. All I wanted was a car wash and dry. Hire some people that are capable of handing you a towel. read more

So yes their equipment washers your car well but the service is a joke every single time I go I have an issue with my barcode reader never working and each time they blame the person that helped me on my last visit and says that it's fixed when in fact it never is and always always holds up the line the next time I visit well tonight is something new and I'm considering canceling my membership after I hear back from corporate because tonight I drove 20 minutes like I always do from home to get there and I showed up 30 minutes before they close they have two cars going through the machines and the guy puts the cones right in front of me telling me they're closed so I get out of the car and ask him you have another 30 minutes 32 minutes to be exact and he repeats that they have a team meeting that starts at 9 so they're closing early so they can get out early enough to all go out tonight as a group because keep in mind they're all 16 to 20 year old kids with their first job I'm guessing because I couldn't believe he said that to me which I mentioned and reminded him that they are actually open for 30 more minutes so then he remarked that if I didn't remind him of his job he would have washed my car but because I brought that up now he wasn't going to do his job and take care of me so immediately after he said that I again another time said I can't believe you just said that to me I said Jose I said you are literally making things worse as a customer perspective on my situation here and he pretty much said I don't care you're pissing me off and turned around and walked away and sarcastically told me to have a good night buddy which I surprisingly said to him again for the third time almost laughing that again with the knowledge that you know I'm going to call the corporate office on you that you would be sarcastically rude and say goodbye to me to end this terrible interaction instead of trying to end it on some type of ending that is somewhat decent but whatever this is just what I should learn to expect at this place they have all of these kids and no real dolts so it's like the kids have full control the house you know sometimes I even go there and I hate to even post this but some of the employees sit around the corner smoking joints and marijuana and it just blows my mind and that this is all acceptable behavior and nobody is there to rain these guys in but again I just wanted to share my experience tonight I've already emailed corporate and hopefully I get to share it with them like I said I'm most likely going to cancel my membership because no matter how well that machine may wash my car I'm not going to have wasted my time to drive all the way up there and get there exactly 32 minutes before they close and be told that you can't take of me while I'm there within your hours of operation and then to be rude and sarcastically dismissive was just icing on the cake so anyways my review is over everybody may or may not have the same experiences like I said the car wash equipment itself is sound and does a great job on my Mercedes but as far as the staff and your expectations on what to receive or even how they may talk to you should be a very low bar with that all in mind deal with them at your own risk read more

Our last visit ever. $20 for a basic wash and no towels available at the time of our interior cleaning. With so many more reasonably priced washes make sure to bypass this location. read more

A couple of months ago when l joined the club it was great. There was a cart with supplies in every drying Island and the car came out super clean and almost dry. However, l noticed starting a couple of weeks ago they have only 1 or 2 carts and little supplies. Today l went about 10:30 am, the car didn't come out as clean and to top it off there was barely towels to clean what the machine left behind. I understand that unfortunately people might have started walking away with the towels, but you need to create a system where the towels are accounted for because you are penalizing the dishonest and the honest. If this continues downhill l will definitely cancel my membership. read more

I love the service and price at this car wash. For $10 you gat a great wash and tire shine. They also scrub the bugs before the wash. I usually go to Bay Breeze and thought they were one of the best for the price in the Tampa area, until now. The vacuums have strong suction, so I was very pleased with that as well. read more

I was very impressed with Tidal Wave! My husband got his truck washed there a couple weeks before I brought my new car in, and he was raving about it so I decided to try. The staff onsite was very informative and friendly. The quality of the car wash was excellent. I ended up buying a monthly package. read more

It's a nice car wash and I like the fact that people start brushing your car with a soapy broom before you get in the car wash to get the excess dirt/bugs, etc. It's a little pricy though, so go somewhere else if you want a cheap wash. read more

Terrible. Went through the wash and asked for the $30 wash. She asked me if I wanted to get the membership. I told her No. She hit the button on the machine and told me the wash was going to cost $53. I said that's not right, it said $30. She says well that's only if you have a membership. I said uh.. whatever lol. I then pay and she says oh shoot I just signed you up for a membership on accident, don't worry I will give you a full refund and give you a free car wash. Days go by, nothing is credited back to my account. I call customer service (who is useless). They come to find out that someone had been using my account for 6 washes after the lady "accidently signed me up" (bullshit). So it's pretty disturbing the employees there are actually scamming customers. Customer service refunded me $30 and made me eat the $23 cost, they still didn't even give me a full refund. This place is trash, I will never go back and I will tell everyone they are scammers. read more

Very pleased with the results. $20 wash, free vacuum and rags and spray cleaner. My truck is all clean.

Was too tight on money to start a membership but asked the salesperson for their name so I could leave a review for their service. Diamond was excellent. read more

Car wash itself was ok. Being able to use their vacuums, cleaning towels and cleaning liquid was awesome! I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could have. read more
