My oldest son is currently in the Kindergarten program and he comes home everyday with stories about all the things he has learned and all the fun he has had. The curriculum is phenomenal and the teachers go above and beyond to engage the children in hands-on learning activities. My youngest son started attending the toddler program this spring and has been having a wonderful time learning through play, meeting with friends, and getting to know his teachers. The school is clean, safe, and well maintained which is important to me. However, even more importantly, the teachers at the school are phenomenal! I have no doubt that all of the educators are well-trained, communicative, and care for each child as if they were their own! I always wanted my children to be at a school where the teachers treated them with the utmost respect and compassion and this school has exceeded my expectations. When I walk through Kiddie Academy, all the teachers smile, make eye contact, and are welcoming and that means a lot to me. All of the staff are professionals who I happily entrust the care of my "most prized possessions" to on a daily basis and I couldn't be more thankful to have that peace of mind.

They just put babies in containers and hope parents arent going to call them out for unsafe practices. Even after i spoke with the director who assured me this wouldnt happen again, twice the third day they had him sleeping in a rocker intentionally immediately after eating. How a daycare doesnt know about SIDs and positional asphyxiation is beyond me. And they placed my 3 month old in an activity center he isnt old enough for and said "its for core strength". Literally google when you can use activity centers and it gives the guidance that the child needs to be able to sit up on their own. We got a full refund and the owner admitted fault but that doesnt make up for putting my child at risk.

He spoke with us and explained the dangers and the process of cleaning out the vent. We have always had a dryer with a vent direct to the outside where I could reach in and clean it up easily, however, our new situation put our dryer on the second floor with the vent traveling a ways to the outside vent. We didn't even think about it when we moved in but it became apparent that the vent or dryer was not working correctly. Michael came in and looked at he setup took his time to clean up the vent outside going in and inside going out. He also cleaned up the dryer and recommended a new set-up for the outgoing vent and will be back to assess that situation. After he left I immediately threw a load of towels in and bam the towels were dry quickly and I felt like the heat wasn't as stifling as it had been in the laundry room. Overall, we are pleased with the service and would utilize him again if we had ANY dryer issues. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
