You will also have assigned seat. The seating is very close together and not that comfortable. The first experience in October wasn't as crowded and was a little cooler so I'd advise to bring extra layers because of the wind and since it will be dark on way back. The drinks were not strong at all and I could not taste any liquor. We were also seated on opposite side that did not face sunset although you get the view regardless, it was crowded trying to get any pictures. We wanted to return in the summer for the experience and it was crowded, however, I'd say we lucked out with seats at the end which is most ideal because as I said, they are so close together. Again, drinks were not that strong.. I am always drawn to order the mixed drinks but end of saying I should have gotten wine or beer as at least I know whats in it. It's definitely for tourists but it's be nice if they changed things up, particularly with the music, it's a bit cheesy and repetitive.. and it was the same in October and August. The ride is actually long and I even feel it could be cut shorter if it was more comfortable and spacious experience.

She never came back to our table. After 30 minutes another friend decided to requested new drinks for them from the bartender downstairs. She was given an attitude from the bartender and the owner Todd. We found out the drinks are made with wine base liquor, which is a mixture of wine and water. This is not listed in the menu. Would not recommend and we will do a different boat ride next time from another company.

This was my first experience on the Gulf Stream and his second in over 5yrs. We owe our entire experience to the professionalism, dedication, and fun had with the "Party time" boat: Captain Parker and Lucas. They truly made our day above and beyond from their commitment to our experience and wanting to make it memorable! We couldn't be more thankful to have been paired with these guys! We will certainly be back to party again as their expertise led to us catching an Atlantic Sailfish and a beautiful Blue Marlin that was every minute worthy of an hour+ fight. (Parents are informed they can grab a cold beverage from Dead Dog Salon bar to bring onboard.) There is no food or restrooms offered onboard so take care of that before you go. Once the little pirates are onboard and the cruise down the creek begins the kids are given instructions on talking like a pirate and their jobs onboard. There are water canons for blasting when Pirate Pete tries to steal the treasure, flags to hoist, and grobe for toasting. The boat never leaves site of land and mostly just floats around a small area of the creeks behind The Marsh Walk. No worries about being seasick or going into the ocean. A very fun and calm ride. We intended to do the sunset cruise but there wasn't enough tickets sold for that trip so we were changed the day before to a 2:30 trip. Every pirate leaves the ship with a handful of treasure to take home. As soon as we got back to the dock our grandson (7 yrs old) excitedly asked when we could go again! A fun family activity I recommended for all ages.

Two hours for $400. You really can't beat that price since you usually pay $35-45 per person for a sunset cruise. The boat isn't very big but there is a middle BAR area where you can put ice and drinks with 8-10 "stools" surrounding it. Apparently you can "paddle" the boat yourself but our group was more interested in drinking. There is also a seating area the front of the boat where up to four people can sit. Captain John was FANTASTIC! He caught our vibe really quick and turned on some fun lights and DJ'd our party all the way from the docks, to the sound, all the way to the ocean (where we promptly turned around to come back!) We drank and danced and laughed for two whole hours. It was a slow easy ride and so much fun. There were several people in our party that had never done that before but everyone was ready to do it again. HIGHLY recommend!
