I go after work at 5p because they close at 6p. I left work early today and got there at 4:45p. I was told that by the person working there (not Jenny) that she couldn't wait on me, that she "was closing" and "shut down the register" & they "close at 5p during the summer". Even though it wasn't 5p yet. I had 20 shirts at $3.99 a piece that they are not getting my business. I work 8:30a-5p and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Roughly $4 per shirt and for 3 shirts it couldn't have been $20++. So I challenged citing the multiple times they'd laundered these same articles so why they change? The reply used cited the fabric type so I challenged again having had this exact same reasoning a time before. No, these are 100% cotton; no man made fibers. This time this new attendant takes my shirts back to hang them so she can visually inspect the tags; then asks for my phone so she can confirm they've been laundered before. After may a 10min delay, I get my credit and drive off; never to return. Seriously this isn't a lot of money each time but to challenge and spend minutes reading each shirt tag...I vote with my wallet!!!

I left with them 4 Blouses (each $ 6.92), 4 Shirts (each $ 2.64)and 1Pants ( $ 6.92) to wash and iron. When I wanted to pick everything up, the lady told me one shirt was missing but they have found it in Naples. GREAT, this means, I had to make another trip. Well, I guess that is not so bad, BUT the blouses were badly ironed and worst of all one (unfortunately very expensive) blouse was completely ruined. I don't even want to go back there to complain because of their long "we are not responsible clause" on the back of my claim check. Since this was a terrible experience, I will never trust them with anything again.

Never again…read more Apparently their business model is to gouge the customer the first time and not care if they ever return. I took in a warmup jacket for a simple zipper replacement. This would be about a $20 job at home. At this joint, $47! I was stunned when I picked it up. The lady at the counter said she always tried to warn people about the price when they drop stuff off because people are often angry when they pick things up and it costs a lot more than they were expecting. Hell, I could have thrown it out and bought a whole new warmup set for less! So save yourself the headache...don't go in the first place.
