This was my first visit to your Tide Cleaners in Houston, TX, located at 5795 Woodway Rd. Houston, TX 77057. When I arrived yesterday, I dropped off 15 items, including pants and shirts. I specifically requested heavy starch, referred to as a "cowboy charge," which I learned from the staff. However, when I picked up my items today after paying $115.21, none of my shirts or pants were starched. To my surprise, the manager, Keanna Williams, was notably rude and disrespectful. If there was an issue with my request, it should have been communicated to me when I dropped off my clothes, giving me the option to go elsewhere. Instead, I was not informed of any issues. Now, I've paid $115.21 for nothing, as my pants are still wrinkled and my shirts are not in the condition I requested. I've had my clothes starched at other places without any issues, and I travel frequently. This experience has been very disappointing, especially due to the manager's attitude. She mumbled under her breath, "Hey, I did it, and that's the way it is," and walked away from me. I would not recommend this place. If I had checked the reviews beforehand, I never would have gone. They only have a 1.5-star rating, which is terrible. Save your money and go to a reliable cleaner that is upfront about what they can and can't do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am requesting a full refund of $115.21 and a call regarding this situation. My email address is robinnegrete@yahoo.com.

    Not a fan at all.

The last two times that I picked up my clothes, Tide Dry Cleaners gave me someone else's clothes mixed in with mine. They also charged me for it. They previously ruined approximately $1,000 in textiles and lied to me about needing my personal property so they could scientifically examine the material to determine the cause. I turned my property over to them as a courtesy for the so-called examination. Then the refused to give me my property back for some strange reason after my request.

Just say no to getting Tide service

I will never get Tide up again by these criminals, First time using these guys and learned about the 25% discount okay cool. Went to pick up my two items clerk said I couldn't use the coupon because I suppose to give it upon dropping off garments. Nobody said this and how does one prevent a coupon without exchanging money. You never no what the price will be, stay away from Tired a#$ Tide.

My Pottery Barn comforter is Gone/Lost/Stolen from Tide Dry Cleaners and they ignored my request for compensation months ago. NO TRUST!

Tide dry cleaners acknowledged that my $250.00 Pottery Barn was 'gone' when I went to pick it up. I provided a photo and proof of price of my comforter in the hope of them finding it. The staff did not act concerned at all. There is no doubt that my 'gone' comforter was stolen by a Tide dry cleaner staff member. After a few weeks I complained and requested compensation. Compensation is dealt with by HQ and I was to wait for a check which never arrived. Now 2 months since the theft of my comforter. Do no TRUST Tide Dry Cleaners with anything you like or cannot replace. Find another dry cleaner as Tide Dry Cleaners have ZERO customer service on a complaint of item LOSS. TDoull

They don't care about the handicapped
    Sam S.

This place does not care about handicapped people at all. Look at the picture I took, the Tide truck is clearly parked over the handicapped lines. These lines are necessary for those of us who need a ramp on the side of our van to load and unload a wheelchair. It is state law that these lines be kept clear. One of the spots is posted as handicapped only, the other spot only has a stencil on the ground. According to transportation code the only valid spot is the one with the sign on the post the other anyone can park on it. If the driver could have parked on the other side why did he have to park on the lines? People like these just don't care about the handicapped. Luckily there is another handicapped spot on the other side but still so disrespectful!! I will be calling the city of Houston's parking enforcement and I hope they can make these people learn those lines are for those who need them.

    Before Tide ruined it

Made the mistake of trusting a cashmere blanket to them and it came back ruined. These people don't care about your stuff. Time to look for a place that I can trust with my things. The entire point of sending things out is to be cleaned by professionals and this was no professional job!

    Wow!

This place is terribly overpriced five shirts five pants $70 are you kidding me what the f**& are you doing over there you're not even cleaning them properly I asked for my shirts to be starched and they weren't. I sure hope the employees are at least getting a decent pay. WTF???? Never again

Cost to clean one formal dress at Tide Dry Cleaneds on Woodway(and the dress did not include any elaborate beading or embellishments!)
