They have succeeded in ruining another piece of expensive clothing. First they ruined my husband's suit; they made it right, cool. Gave them the benefit of the doubt; things like this happen, right? Wrong! Dropped off my brand new satin dress to be pressed; never worn, tags still attached. Went to retrieve it; the worker proceeded to fold in THIRDS the satin dress I had Just paid to be pressed. Wow ok, maybe inexperienced. I get home and inspect the dress as I have to wear this out tomorrow night (my fault for not doing so at the cleaners) and find what looks like a boot stain or burn mark all on the backside of my $220 dress. I'll be reaching out in the morning but I am beyond livid. No more chances for this place. Take your expensive items elsewhere. I will say they do an okay job on our comforter, but anything beyond that is being properly dry cleaned somewhere else from now on! read more

I have been doing business with Tide Cleaners for about 6yrs now and I have been very happy with their service from day one! I especially appreciate the pickup and delivery service, yet I no longer have that option due to my current location now, yet the service is so superb that I have no problem with dropping off and picking up my items. Very disappointed with their reward program. I spent around $100 and received 3 $5 rewards. I took more clothes in and I was told I could only use one reward per order. I was met with an extremely rude employee. He seemed to enjoy demeaning customers. I wrote Tide about the incident and received no reply. It's so sad that a company could be so insulting to customers. I would personally do everything possible to address customer complaints rather than completely ignore them. Reasonable prices, very quick turn around. I had a couple dress shirts that had a buttons off the sleeve when I took them to another cleaner. Tide sewed on new buttons without me even asking. They have not disappointed and do a great job. read more

I've had a pretty good experience with this place. I've brought a few things here. The shirt I brought for stain removal was very successful in getting the stains out, however some of the beading was slightly discolored. The jeans I brought in for color transfer were not quite so successful in getting them back to normal, the chemicals they use for that ended up discoloring the jeans in kind of a random splotchy pattern, but they ended up better than the original color transfer and they didn't charge me for the treatment since it didn't work. The comforter I brought in had some water marks from my house being flooded and also a bit of color transfer from the blue box springs and having it washed in their big industrial washers took all the water marks AND the color transfer out! I was very happy with that! The service was great, very friendly and timely. Every time I dropped my items off they were always done by the very next day. I don't normally use dry cleaners that often, but when I ever need one I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Update: I received a phone call this morning from the manager of this location. He made things right. He apologized for not giving me an estimate I truly appreciate businesses that make things right. It speaks volume to me as a business owner. I will definitely give them another shot and post my review. I still wish they would have hung up the clothes and spent more time folding. I was diagnosed with covid on top of my dryer being broken for the past few week. So when I got my positive test back, my mom offered to help me with my laundry. She dropped it off at Tide. I called and spoke to Solomon. He was very helpful. I gave my cc info because I did not want my parents to pay. I specifically asked him to please call me with an estimate of the cost BEFORE they laundered. I knew it may be more than I was used to paying at the laundry mat and needed to know the cost. He assured me they would as soon as it was in the system. He asked him once again at the end of our conversation and he once again said he would. I asked if they would please hang my shirts. He said they are not allowed to hang t shirts. It's a professional laundry/dry cleaners and they can't hang shirts??? What???? Seriously,? I felt too back to argue. This was Saturday. I never received a phone call with the estimated cost to laundry my clothes. Being sick I was not too concerned when Sunday passed. I assumed they were closed on Sunday anyway. Monday I waited a phone call telling me an estimate and permission to go ahead or not depending on the price. Nothing. Then Monday afternoon I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up. Once again. WHAT??? Ready for pickup? I had never been told the estimated cost or given my permission to go forward with the order depending on the price. I went this evening to pick up because my little girls blanket was in the order. It's not something I could lost go. I almost fainted when I discovered it was $140!!! $140 Third time WHAT???????? Oh my gosh $140??? That is my laundry allowance for the year!!!! I was never quoted an estimate after being assured twice. If it was not for my daughter's irreplaceable blanket I would have left it I got home expecting these clothes to be stain free, smell like fields of lavender and roses with mystical unicorns running through fields of strawberries and rainbows. They didn't. I expected them to be folded wrinkle free They were horribly wrinkled. Major wrinkles. My shirts I asked to be hung were a MESS My sheets were folded wonky The pillowcases were not even folded the same way. I had to retold EVERY SINGLE ITEM!!! Including my childs underwear. I now have to spend more money at the laundry mat tomorrow to get the wrinkles out. My husbands jeans were so messed up he can't even wear them to work. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND TIDE cleaners to anyone. They do not stand by their word. They are not professional cleaners Do not respect the customers wishes. If I could give no stars, I would. I dropped off 24 pieces of clothing at this location, very nice blazers, pants, a winter coat, a few thousand dollars worth of clothing. I was pregnant so I was not missing the clothing and completely forgot about it. When I went to pick up a year after drop off I was informed my items were "donated". I understand I waited too long to pick up, but my issue is that I was never contacted and reminded to pick up my items, nor was I given a courtesy call before donating. When I contacted the general manager I was told, "We consider the donation to our partner charity lieu of the unsatisfied cleaning charges and will not seek any payment for the services rendered," as if I should be thankful. read more

I have been consistently let down. Over promises, under deliver. Very poor communication amongst the staff. I have dropped off several loads over the years where an employee will say they will personally make sure these items get done, each time items were either lost or not ready when they set the expectation of being ready. These guys are awesome! It's convenient, easy to get in and out. They are always friendly and genuine. The coolest feature is the automated pickup. After hours you can drive up, punch in your number and the laundry comes right out. They're also military, firefighter, police and EMS friendly. The other day I went in to pick up my stuff and they said "Have a great week it's on us." No charge! Customer service is so important these days and they've nailed it! read more

Then followed up with acting upfront, no you refused service for cleaning when that is the service you provide and is listed on the website as a product that is accepted for cleaning. I am sorry to say, this place is just not good at what they do and the biggest problem is the rude owner/manager. I had multiple broken buttons on my shirts almost every time I picked up my order. After they destroyed an expensive sweater of mine, I tried to give them another shot. Again, my order came back with multiple broken/damaged buttons. I took my order back up there and asked them to take a look at it to try and figure out what the issue was. I asked the owner if he knew what was causing the damage to the shirt buttons, he replied "if I knew what was causing it, I would have fixed it already". I asked them for my items and I doubt I will ever return unless this place is under new ownership. I can understand having issues with your process, however, to be rude to the customer after you've damaged their clothes just doesn't make sense and is horrible, horrible customer service. read more

The staff is friendly and the business is efficient but my regular dry cleaner would've been about 50% cheaper.
