I've been coming here the better part of four years. My big gripe initially was that no matter my shirt, I was getting charged a different price every time. I left a review, saying that, they reached out agreed to fix it and no problems. Lately, the same issue has been going on again. I even went in to pick up my order as the line was long, I asked them about this and they said that that's just how it is. So I guess that's just how it is, I'm done and I'm going somewhere else. It's too bad because it's a nice location, easy drive-through service, and most of their employees are friendly. for the record, I get the same eight shirts dry cleaned that I use for my work. I drop my suit off to this store the next I came to pick it up thinking I wouldn't have to check their work, but when I got home it wasn't even cleaned. I decided to give them a second chance and drop off custom shirts and khakis. I come back the next day. I wait for over an hour at the store for them to find my clothes and they still weren't able to find them I had an event to go to at 6pm, I miss the event and they did find my clothes after I waited at the store for an hour and twenty minutes. Very bad experience. I needed my work clothes washed and folded quickly for a trip due to our washer not being delivered on time at home. Dropped off on Saturday and tried to pick up on Sunday. No one was there and was told that wash and fold is sent off on Monday and to pick up after 5. What? I needed them for my trip on Sunday. Wife tried to pick up the clothes on Tuesday, but again no one was on premise. I flew back on Friday and went in at 1pm. Again no one on premise. I called the local number and was told a person was to be there from 1-6. I went back at 2:30 and was able to claim. I also had an online coupon for $5 off and it wasn't added to my checkout. I also tried to close my account, but the app states I need to pick up my clothes. Really bad experience and won't be going there again. Service states 24/7 service, but that's only for the self serve kiosk. Very misleading. Paid 30 for 1 load of laundry. read more

Google maps sent me to the opposite end of the shopping plaza, but I called and the representative gave me exact detailed location and I found it quickly. Self-service drop off dry cleaner. You walk in and use a screen to enter your data and how many pieces you are dropping off. The inky downfall was they had no more bags available so I had to leave the bag I brought my coats in. Overall quality was great for the price and the turnaround time was two days at the most. Definitely recommend. read more

It turns out that there was a simple mistake made with my laundry order. Someone else's 24 lbs of washed & folded laundry was inadvertently added into my order. Yolanda the manager figured it out after I'd questioned the charges. She had a driver pickup the laundry that wasn't mine, and she found my missing bed sheets and she hand delivered them to me this morning. Yolanda was polite, sincere and apologetic for the mixup and slight delay. All in all now realizing it was simply misplaced laundry, I'm pleased with the outcome and with Yolanda taking responsibility to make things right. Good Job! But when I received them back, one of them came back damaged.. grey color, brand is Tommy Bahama. I asked the girl up front to speak to the manager but she wasn't even there. Horrible customer service. The team is so unorganized and unprofessional. I used the pick up and drop off service. My clothing will come back different times. When I went to pick up in store they did not know what was picked up at my home meaning they couldn't find my items. The team lost my Louis Vuitton coat. When I noticed my coat was missing I notified them I never received it by delivery service which I waited three weeks to see if it would come the following week. I called and went in to let them know. I brought the ticket in store, they checked in the system to see if it was checked out as in delivered and the system showed them it was still there in store.The owner called me after this and said the system showed it was checked out which was a lie. He suggested maybe my nanny knew where it was or I misplaced it. Management was supposed to call me back never did. After this I went to the store multiple times to speak to management she was never there I called multiple times to speak to her and get an update, the team would tell me she's not in at the moment. I was ignored for months. I also called the owner back he told me he was getting on a flight he will call me back and he never reached out. The most unprofessional dry cleaners I have dealt with. Great price and smooth process from start to finish. I've been putting off getting my suit jacked dry cleaned because I always thought it would be a hassle but Tide Cleaners proved me wrong. They have same-day dry cleaning if you drop-off before 9am. In my case, I dropped off around 2pm and was able to pick up by noon the next day. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The app takes your money without even using the service. They tell you that you are on route for pick up and then they never pick up, so expect your clothes to get damaged from sitting outside all day. The employees tell you they want you to reply yes to the text, when the text states specifically to NOT reply unless you want to cancel. Absolutely ridiculously terrible business. The manager will never answer the phone and non of the employees know anything about there services. I've never seen such horrendous service. It's a shame they are still open for business. read more

I've been going to this Tide location since they opened, and I have to move on. It's not the kind of place where you can drop something off and expect it to be done right when you pick it up. I mostly just get shirts laundered and pressed, which I feel should be straight forward, but I have issues 90% of the time. It would be better if they simply failed to press the shirts, instead I'm getting them back with nasty creases and sloppy bulges of stretched fabric. I have heard that you can give them the shirt back and they'll fix it, but it doesn't make sense to make 2 trips when it should only take one. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My wife and I left my suit to get cleaned at 7am and were told it would be ready for pick up by 5pm but they close at 7pm. I arrive around 6pm to pick up my suit and everyone looks so confused. It turns out that the morning shift just left my suit at the bottom of the bin and was never washed or even thought about the entire day! My wife and I had a flight out of the country for a wedding the following day, so we were forced to buy a new suit and move on. Completely unreliable dry cleaner, and didn't even offer any kind of solution. Avoid this place if possible. read more

First they could not dry clean my blouses because there were tiny holes thread coming undone etc; and they don't want to be responsible if it tears - ok even though I said I would take the risk. Then they charged me $3 a pound for a horrible horrible (SPOTS) laundry load that came out to $27 dollars! Plus the girl was rude! but the guy was not, can't remember his name. This place sucks, don't bother. Came here because it was close to where I live, next time I'll go back to lake worth we're it's cheaper and way better! So the people are generally friendly, they do a pretty good job cleaning, and they are fast. The big problem and reason I'll never go back is I brought 5 shirts to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up, they gave me four. And when I looked at the receipt that was stapled to the clothes, it also stated four items. But I thought I brought in five and when I looked at my original receipt from when I brought them in, it also stated that I did bring in five. So they told me that it must've been wrong on the initial receipt and I told him know that I did bring in five. So these people ended up losing one of my articles of clothing, and instead of trying to figure out what happened to that one article they tried to lie and say that I only brought in four shirts. They had to go back to their cameras and they did figure out that they were wrong and I did bring in five articles. Thankfully they were able to find the shirt. But it just goes to their lack of honesty, that when they have a miscount instead of trying to find the missing article they instead chose to lie and will change your receipt and say that you brought in less items and you actually did. read more

I recently used their pickup and delivery service. The pick up was excellent no issues in the community I reside in. The office manager even contacted me to approve the pickup from my unit. I called them the to confirm date of delivery so I can arrange my schedule and even verified to please drop off at my apt as ordered, since I work 12 hours on night shift. However, they dropped it off at the office. So I will give a 1 star for false advertising!!! I'm having now to get up extra early after work 3; 12 hour night shifts to pick it up before the office closes. Simply put, I brought my suit jacket to get dry cleaned and a few days later, when I picked it up, I noticed that there was some damage done to the front of the jacket. It looked like the jacket got caught on a hook or something because the fabric was pulled out. It was after I paid for it, but before I left the store I noticed it and told the front desk associate. The front desk young woman said that the manager will be in the next day and that I can speak with her about it. The next day I speak with the manager, Yolanda, and she told me over the phone that she would fix it and call me back. about 15 minutes later she called me back and said that she had fixed it pretty well and that I can come and pick it up. I went back to the store and it was fixed to a great degree, which was good, but not good enough because the blemish was still there and it was a newer jacket. I asked for a refund for the $10 which she gave me and I told her that I would never return. I did not ask for anything extraordinary and the fact is that all they do is dry clean clothes so if they can't dry clean clothes right the first time without damaging the items then that place needs to shut down as it is useless. I will be humble enough and say that I do appreciate Yolanda for not making excuses for the mistake and damage to my jacket but did try and fix it. But again if I have to be buying new jackets every time I dry clean them then they won't be getting my business anymore, and you shouldn't go there either. Is it so hard to have some type of quality control check instead of damaging an item and giving it to a customer? But then again, what can I expect when nobody wants to do their job and they're just plain lazy. read more

My first experience at any dry cleaners (besides helping my grandmother out at hers in PA when I was a child) and it was an extremely pleasant one! To be completely honest, the bright colors and brand did draw me in, but the people were incredibly kind and helpful. They told me my dress would be ready around 5 or 6pm the next day and handed me my receipt. I received an email confirmation at 10am the next morning stating my dress was ready to go! I went in to pick it up and this group of people were very kind as well. Because of the rain, they instructed me to pull my car to the drive through and they would put it in my car for me. They strung a few samples of tide products on the hanger, which was fine by me since they are the products I use religiously for my laundry anyway, and I was on my way! They have water bottles and little chocolate nuggets for the guests in (I guess you could call it) the lobby, which was a really nice touch as well. I would never recommend anybody, especially my first responders, to this company. Due to a storm coming, they closed early and did not give ANY notice to anybody. Our uniforms are in their store and unable to access them. Customer service lines disconnects, their voicemail is full and there is no way to contact anyone. I cannot return to work without them and everyone who has all of the rest of their uniforms cannot retrieve them until they decide to open again. read more
