They gave me incorrect information about my benefits which has cost me hundreds of dollars. When speaking with them and the billing supervisors they lied about the information I was given and tried to belittle me with their comments. Do not trust anything that they say as they will give you false information and then lie about it when you inquire further. It's a shame to miss out on great therapist because their front office staff is ill equipped to do their job. Integrity is not a virtue with this company so stay far away from this terrible place.

Luckily, he was able to fix her shoulder and she recovered quickly. Him, his nurse practitioners and the entire same day surgery team at St. Francis did a phenomenal job, were extremely professional and she didn't have any post-op complications. She did wait a little longer than ordinary in the pre-op area, but that is to be expected and I don't expect shoulder surgery to be like the McDonald's drive thru window.
