We worked with this company for over a year with no issues, other than the fact that they kept sending random cleaners without giving us an option, despite our repeatedly telling them to re-schedule the cleaning if a "regular" cleaner that's familiar with our apartment isn't available. They recently sent over a new cleaner that was not only inexperienced, but nicked our granite countertop with the iron grates from the stove while cleaning them in the sink. Of course, the cleaner denied doing so, and we proceeded to contact the company to file a claim and request a repair. The nick was as tiny as one can imagine, (photos attached) and likely would cost around $50 to repair. Here's our experience: - The "manager" Mercy is naturally defensive, and didn't fail for be defensive here, either - She asked if I took pictures of the countertop prior to the cleaning service to prove the nick wasn't there before (because we all take pictures of our countertop daily, right?) or have video of the damage occurring (they seem to expect me to follow the cleaners with a camcorder) - Radio silence for 2 weeks - We finally emailed them, asking why they haven't scheduled our bi-weekly cleaning - They "paused" our account, meaning no cleaning until the claim is dispositioned - 3 weeks in, we received an email stating the claim is denied, AND THE ACCOUNT WILL ALSO BE CLOSED. This is how they treat customers. "we're here for you" and "satisfaction guaranteed" is beyond a lie, it's pure deception and just a slogan to hook clients. The ONE TIME we reported an issue was met with unprofessional defensiveness, a lack of communication, and being dropped. This is an amateur firm; go with someone else that's reputable and stands by their work. The best thing about this company is their prompt response time and excellent customer service. They seriously have the best communication which is very important to me. What is also great about the company is that they offer very reasonable rates. I'm telling you, if you want your place cleaned at a reasonable and affordable price, then this is definitely the place to contact. The way to pay is also very easy. You provide them with an email address and they send you an invoice, which you pay online. There was one specific area of my home that I wanted the two women who came to clean to focus on and they really went in. This caused them to take longer than originally planned so I believe that's part of the reason why the other rooms weren't as throughly cleaned. I had to pretty much rush them through the last rooms because I had to go. The areas that need improvement are being a bit quicker and more thorough with the floors. They sure did get that area I wanted them to focus on though. I'd give them another opportunity but would make a half day of it for an entire place. read more

This cleaning service is amazing. During this crazy time, you don't want to skimp on anything and want everything done correctly the first time. Tidy Mc Services provided the best level of care for my home. Im a first time home buyer and I needed my entire place cleaned up before I moved in. The tenants that occupied the space previously did not maintain the apartment at all. When I closed on the condo, the kitchen was a huge mess with grease all over the cabinets and walls, the bathroom was filthy and the bedrooms had garbage all over. This condo is basically fixer-upper. A friend recommended this cleaning company to me and I was impressed with how well they cleaned every nook and cranny. The kitchen cabinets and counters were cleaned from all the grease left before and the bathroom was left smelling great. They honestly made my whole apartment smell great. My condo felt like a place I could feel comfortable living in as I slowly make some home improvements little by little. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family members.
