The pricing is on the higher side, and unless you are present to guide or lightly micromanage, some areas may be missed. I found that it's important to be very specific and hands-on to ensure everything you want cleaned is actually addressed. I had requested a more in-depth cleaning, including walls, panels, and detailed dusting. Unfortunately, the cleaning ended up being more surface-level--mainly banisters and baseboards. In larger homes, it also seemed that only a few rooms were completed rather than the entire space. While I'm grateful for her quick response and fast scheduling, I personally wouldn't book again, as the service didn't fully meet my expectations for the price. She didn't follow through with what she promised. Way, way overpriced. Actually hired her twice thinking I caught her on a bad day the first time.
