It was easy to book, and she was accommodating with timing. However, the service itself was a bit challenging. The pricing is on the higher side, and unless you are present to guide or lightly micromanage, some areas may be missed. I found that it's important to be very specific and hands-on to ensure everything you want cleaned is actually addressed. I had requested a more in-depth cleaning, including walls, panels, and detailed dusting. Unfortunately, the cleaning ended up being more surface-level--mainly banisters and baseboards. In larger homes, it also seemed that only a few rooms were completed rather than the entire space. While I'm grateful for her quick response and fast scheduling, I personally wouldn't book again, as the service didn't fully meet my expectations for the price.
