After reading reviews, I was hesitant about taking her here. I'm so glad I went with my guts and took her anyways because I didn't know anywhere else. When we got there, I saw customers dropping off their fur babies. I felt more at ease. The owner came out to greet and observed my baby for her grooming service. The owner knew what she was doing. She was very informative and handled my baby with lots of care. I had to leave her there so they could do the whole grooming service which took about 2 hours. The owner called to inform that my baby was ready for pick up. When I walked in, I saw an employee still brushing my fur baby. The way the staffs took care of her was amazing. I could tell they knew what they were doing and had lots of love. My baby was all clean and happy. Thank you so much. I recommend this place. I will definitely come back!

Just like all the other reviews…read more I boarded my pup here for a week, and something told me to take a video of her when i dropped her off and compare to when i picked her up Ima so glad i did. My pup is 8 months old and full of energy, like all pups are. When i picked her up she was lethargic and her energy was LOW! She wasn't interested in eating or playing games when we got home. She in fact went straight to sleep for 5 hours She smelled like sour poop, (my dog is black fur) she a light white/ cream colored fur all over her back, dried up poop on her rear and her legs, causing me to have to take her to the groomer the next day because she had my house smelling! There were 4-5 cuts on her paws and nose and i did not have her groomed there. F that ! We have boarded at WAGS previous and at pick up she did not want to leave. This was not the case here! The facility is OLD dingy and dirty, and they do not call you and update on your pet, i had to call and check in. I attached a photo on 2 small cuts on one of her paws that looks like it's gotten worse. The saying you get why you pay for was definitely proven here! Just DONT!

The services are great and I really feel like I am getting what I pay for which I don't feel like about much anything anymore. They mentioned once that they could add a topper to my dog's food during a time he wasn't eating. I asked how much that cost and they told me it was included. For $99 a week, 5am to 10pm, that's crazy. They have web cameras, they text you to let you know if anything is up with your pup, and my dog is happy to be dropped off. I know that's true because he tries to pull from me to get in the door. He's a Frenchie, he's not going anywhere he doesn't want to go. Anyway, I'm never concerned about my pup with Dogtopia. They have all kinds of extra little elective services like grooming, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and so on. They also do ridiculous meal and treat things for your dog if you elect. One day I saw that they were literally offering salmon, carrots, brown rice, and cucumber for lunch if you wanted to opt in for your dog. My favorite thing that they offer is monthly photos. You can pay to have a photo of your dog taken each month. The photos have a theme and the are cute and hilarious. It's my favorite thing. If you're on the fence, just go for it, it's $99 a week for 7 days a week, 5am to 10pm, dog people, every dog service you could need besides vet stuff, and all kinds of actually good elective add-ons. The vet told me it would be too stressful for him to be boarded while we were gone, so I read online reviews and called Ann. I honestly was blown away. Ann was extremely knowledgeable, and also just incredibly kind and loving toward my cat. She went out of her way to take care of him while we were gone. She brought over feeding syringes and gave him Pepcid to help his stomach, as he was unable to eat without throwing up. She honestly got more food down him than I had been able to. She also recommended a brand of food that he will finally eat on his own, and had great advice for me on how to get him to start eating again (we had the vet pull a few teeth). Every day when we were gone she kept me updated by sending emails and pictures of him. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I will for sure be using Ann in the future, and cannot recommend her enough.

Honestly, when I called John Lenihan of LeniCam Video Production I was in tears not able to communicate well. He told me to take my time. When I explained that my 91 year old mother was hospitalized and was unable to attend the ceremony for my 95 year old father who had passed, he offered his help immediately. Because he had filmed out at the cemetery before, he passed on vital information regarding the ceremony that I actually needed to know. The day of the ceremony the weather was awful. There was flooding on all major highways and road. This, however, did not stop John. When I pulled into the cemetery with my family my phone rang, and it was John assuring me he was there. The final video is an amazing and beautiful tribute to the life of my amazing father who served in WWII and flew Naval air planes for 27 years defending the US. BRAVO!! John is not only a fantastic video photographer, but a kind an generous man.
