Our cats recognize her, and are excited to see her! Each time Robin arrives and leaves, we receive a notification based on her GPS location, so we're able to track how long she spends with our cats. Each time she visits, she spends at least 30 minutes with them. She also sends us a comprehensive report each time she visits, which includes a write-up, pictures, and other important information. She's also done little things to go above and beyond - she swept the floor before we arrived home because our cats had tracked some litter throughout the house. If you're in the market for a pet sitter, I would HIGHLY recommend Your Home Pet Care!

I have used YHPC for 5-6 years now. We leave for up to two weeks at a time. 3 cats in our…read morehousehold. YHPC stops by and cleans robot cat bot and scoops our standard box. They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. I highly recommend this service for peace of mind and your pets will be happier at home and less stressed. :)

The dog runs have a door that can be raised for the dogs to go out in a field to run and do their business then the dog comes back to in dog run so the staff doesn't even have to touch him perfect place for my dog. When I first went in I said do y'all keep aggressive dogs and I said yes we do. I was very excited to find a place for Kujo. I went back to see where they kept them, and they showed me the door that goes out to the field for them to run. I was so happy. I explained to the staff not to pet Kujo because he doesn't like other people, he's just likes me and my wife, but they decided they need to be able to handle him and pet him. The one boy that works there, I guess he's a man got a little scratch on his arm when he was screwing with Kujo so when I called back about three or four months later, he said they can't keep him because they can't handle him. They have a great place. They just need to train their staff. Even though they have the perfect pace for working dogs that you cant pet they're not trained at all to handle those types of dogs. The boy in the picture below is the boy that caused all the problem, and he lied to me about being there when I picked my dog up. Not one word about his little scratch. They have one male that works there his name is Cole. He is in the picture below feeding Kujo a treat by hand. I had a deal with Cole and other staff to tip them $200 if they send me pictures of Kujo in the field getting his running. We are still trying to find a good place for our baby since his trainer retired. From the Pappy's manager Dee, I appreciate your reply and insight regarding your experience at our facility. I will keep it in mind. We completely understand Kujo's personal space preferences and our team accommodated for that during his previous stays. However, this is not a feasible option going forward as our staff does have to be able to handle any pets in our care. I have reminded our team of our policies for accepting pets to avoid any future uncertainty on the matter. I have also reviewed the footage and can confirm. The employee present was adhering to Kujo's boundaries when Kujo approached the employee first and bit his arm. The bite did break skin but did not require medical attention which I believe is also part of why you were not informed during Kujo's stay in February. I have discussed the correct procedures for customer communication with our guest service reps because sharing pertinent information like this should never be missed. Thank you again. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Dr. Custis. When my beloved dog, Tank…read moreNevarez, was diagnosed with cancer, I was devastated and afraid I was going to lose him far too soon. Dr. Custis not only provided exceptional medical care, but he also gave me hope during one of the hardest times of my life. Because of his knowledge, dedication, and treatment plan, I was blessed with six extra years with Tank--six years of memories, adventures, cuddles, and unconditional love that I never would have had otherwise. Those years were priceless, and I will be forever grateful. Losing Tank was heartbreaking, but I find comfort in knowing that Dr. Custis gave us so much more time together than we ever expected. If you're looking for an oncologist who truly cares about both his patients and their families, I cannot recommend Dr. Custis highly enough. Thank you, Dr. Custis, for giving me six precious extra years with my best friend.

These practices are often where you'll be referred to by your primary veterinary when you need a specialized exam or a second opinion on serious medical conditions for your pet. The building has ample parking, several grassy spaces for your pet to relieve themselves, as well as a porte-cochere to make drop off and pick up much easier. The building's elevator might be a bit of a challenge if you have a very large breed dog or are using a large carrier since it is rather small. All flooring inside is linoleum so pets with difficulty walking might need special consideration. There are no "accident" supplies in the hallways or elevator so either bring your own or raid the restrooms - individual office staff likely has cleaning supplies if pressed.
