    Original necklace

    Long story ahead , I received a necklace as a birthday gift but it did not fit my neck. At my first visit, I had pleasant service. I wish I remembered her name, she was very kind and helpful to me. We planned to have my necklace shipped over to NY to extend the length. After thinking about it, I changed my mind and I called to cancel two days later. I returned to the store about two weeks later to pick up the necklace and planned to exchange it for something else in the same price point. The man that helped me at repair was very kind, even though I accidentally gave him the wrong receipt. When I got the necklace back, I asked another sales advisor for helped. The second I asked her for help, she looked bothered. She said she would help me so she brought me to the jewelry area. On our way she greeted another customer of hers (I'm guessing) so nicely and full of joy. I thought, oh wow she's really nice, she'd give me the same customer service. I was absolutely wrong. I asked her if she could show me jewelry that was in the same price point as the necklace. She responded "there's nothing else in that price range" as she's looking at her work device. And I said "how about the infinity ring"? I barely finished my question and she respond "nope no infinity ring" I said "oh wow really? I saw it online". ( also I've been looking online prior to this - there are a few items that were totally within the same price of the necklace, even less). She scoffs and leaves to go get an iPad. She's looking and offers a bracelet. At this point I'm over the whole thing and I said yes, but still happy about the bracelet - as I mentioned it was a gift. She puts it on me and we move to another area to complete the transaction. She's typing and then asks for the receipt. I told her it's in the bag. She only finds the receipt that was given to me by the repair guy. She told me it's not the one she needs and says "can I take the bracelet off please" and looks at me as if I was going to take it or something? Her whole demeanor changed at this point. I told her repair probably has it. She's making more phone calls and it takes a while. Mind you I have my baby strapped on. Then she says "seems like a misunderstanding, I was confused but I understand now" I'm like oh ok cool. "Then she asks for the phone number of the woman who gave me the gift". I simply told her "oh I don't have the number on me, let me go get my phone, my husband has it" - before I could even finish talking she puts the bracelet away and packs the necklace back in the bag I brought it in and says with an annoyed look "well I'm going on a little break right now, when you have that figured out you can come back and ask for me". It was one of the worse customer experiences I ever had. I walked out and got my phone and walked right back in. I was helped by the manager and another sales advisor named Briana and I had a much better experience. They were so polite and patient with me - idk if it was because I looked upset. They were SO kind and even acknowledged my baby. The other woman did not even look at me to talk or acknowledged my baby. They helped me in the end after I had the information needed. I learned that the other sales advisors name was Darlene. She totally treated me differently since I was just exchanging an item - which is truly unfair. Maybe I caught her on a bad day - but that's no excuse. I get that here certain policies to exchange, but at least be patient with customers. I'm giving two stars for the other sales advisors that were helpful, kind, and patient with me. If you need any help from this store, please ask for Briana Hodge. She was super helpful and sweet. She was patient and made me feel heard - as well as the store manager.

    The service at Tiffany's is always the best, especially if Darlene is assisting you, the selection of fine julery is second to none! Weather it's a birthday graduation or just for love you can find the perfect item!

    Michelle Butler provides one on one personal services. She provides many suggestions and she knows the history of the jewelry piece. Darlene is willing to assist and provides excellent service to her client. It is always a pleasure shopping for the blue box.

We were the only guest inside and she let us browse in peace. They kept the earring display near the checkout counter. We saw the one we got our daughter on there and now have an idea which one we want when we plan to change it out.

I…read moregot my second piercing and honestly the piercer was fine; she went higher as per my request with the piercing, gave me great insight on which earrings would look best, etc etc. However, a big red flag was when she opened the drawer to start and pulled out a whole plastic bag full of piercing guns. These did not look new and they were all different colors and brands idk it wasn't to be trusted. From my understanding, piercing guns are supposed to be single use as they are difficult to sterilize but I think I just trusted that it would be fine. As a result.... my ears are in so much pain with both sides are completely infected (yes I used the solution very very thoroughly twice a day). Unfortunately, I also chose a smaller size earring and the skin surrounding it has become so swollen and full of puss that it is kinda swallowing the earring so essentially it feels like the earring is completely flat or like apart of my ear. I don't even care abt whats going on but it hurts so bad and is preventing me from sleeping well. I think I paid around $80 for the entire service, cost of earrings, and the solution. I definitely would do your research and find another alternative-- preferably with an actual needle since it's supposed to have a better healing process or something idk. I'm not mad. Just disappointed.

So I walked out without purchasing again. I'm not even ugly but the workers here made me feel ugly and unworthy of spending my money here with them. Good customers service doesn't cost them anything to do but it cost them over $500 in sales losses that I didn't spend with them. Management, is this your trained policy?

Very poor customer service. Gian and Giselle were robotic with their customer service. Unhelpful. When I asked for an email address to write in. She told me it was on the back of the gift card. That email address only tells you your credit balance. Huge fail!

When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change.

I used to work retail and understand there's procedures on how you have to be on the look out for theft but when there's other individuals who are lighter complexion with the same items, doing the same things that I have and that I'm doing and they aren't being met with the same energy, that gives off a different impression. Definitely shows there's a biased from the workers mind you the area the store is in is predominantly black and brown... Please note again this is not my first time coming here and I've always enjoyed the store and its products but today was a different experience that wasn't so pleasant.
