Last week I came in here , as I first entered, I noticed how super clean, highly organized and attention to details. The lighting is very bright so you can see all the jewelry with awesome perfection! The atmosphere here is very warm, chic, classy, and very elegant! I came to Kay Jewelers to find a ring I saw online. Astra was the one who helped me, she was able to tell me if they might have it. She also showed me the size of the stone in reality verse the internet too. Which I really don't know the size , it's so great they have a chart! Turns out I didn't get that ring which is totally fine. I actually saw some other rings there. Astra was able to show me different rings. I did pick one but actually saw another one that really caught my eyes. Then she was asking me what kind of rings do I love, I told her on the side of the rings I love the sparklers, I don't like rings that don't have anything of the sides. Since she heard this she found a pair that I can stick the main ring in between . Omg I was floored , and that's it ! I was super sold ! I loved it so much I got both! Astra got me amazing deal! Astra was super courteous , polite, patience, down to earth, charming, understanding, super genuine, kind, caring, beyond friendly, and very attentive! Astra has this very upbeat positive energy about herself that really radiates! She is your Rarest of all Diamonds! Her shine will never fade! I also would like to say I didn't feel pressured, or being hovering when I was looking at all jewelry. Astra really took the time for letting see everything before I had any questions and she answered them all beautifully! Kay Jewelry has so many options besides engagement, wedding rings , they have all kinds and with different varieties shapes and sizes, birthstone rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and watches. BEWARE OF "Financing Options" Went in to look at rings for my girlfriend and the sales rep Cole said they had no interest financing options and all I had to do was apply really quick. What he failed to explain was the "financing" was a credit card I was applying for. Aside from that I felt he was just saying anything to get the sale. Super disappointed! I finally splurged on this beautiful three-piece set that included a necklace, ring, and earrings only for the necklace to break three days after purchasing. I called and asked if I could have it fixed or returned/ exchanged and they said the only thing they could do for me is offer a $60 insurance. Only then can they fix it. For it to break so quickly and then to request more money to remedy The situation makes me feel regret shopping there. read more

UPDATE: Manager REFUSES to respond. Customer service has reached out to them multiple times and they've never once addressed what happened - Went in to look at men's wedding bands. The associates told my Fiance that they have small metal clips they can clip onto her engagement ring to have it sit more snug on her finger. I asked if it would scratch platinum and she said no they even use it on gold and gold is much softer. They took my fiances brand new 3.52 carat custom Moval diamond engagement ring to the back corner of the room. After 10 minutes we started getting nervous about why it was taking so long. After around 15 minutes the woman had disappeared and gone to the back room. I asked another associate to get the ring back and she said the other woman was in the back polishing the ring. A few minutes went by and we finally got the ring back and the associate told us she couldn't get the metal clip on, so we left. An hour later at home my fiancé noticed the ring felt rough around the edges. She took it off and it looked like scrap metal. There were dozens of deep scratches on it. 1st of all... why would a jeweler use metal clips if they destroy rings. Is that not the most idiotic thing to do when you have over a million customers and work with something as special as wedding rings? And how is it that after you scratch the ring the first time that you continue scratching and destroying the ring until it has dozens of deep scratches? Then you return the ring without saying a word about how badly you messed up for 15 minutes straight? I then spoke to support who reached out to the store manager. It's now been an entire week and I've never heard back from the manager. I've contacted them multiple times and they say they've contacted the manager. This is the most negligent store I've ever heard of. We took the ring to a PROFESSIONAL jeweler unlike these fools and the professional said the ring had severely deep scratches to the point that he had to add a bunch of platinum to it to try to smooth it out. He then polished the ring and ever since the diamond itself looks better than new whereas when Kay "polished" it it looked exactly the same as when we handed it over. I can't believe a company like this would scratch up custom engagement rings nationwide just to add some trashy metal clip to rings. read more

Excellent service by Rosie and Astra when I went into Kay Jewelers yesterday. It was the end of the day, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted... I just told them my budget and general idea. They were both so helpful, were really patient, showed me beautiful options within my price range, and couldn't do enough to help me, and also my overseas relative who needed help with a separate purchase. When one of the items (a pair of earrings) wasn't in stock, they spent a long time on the phone to numerous stores trying to locate the correct earrings, which they managed to source and guarantee delivery by the required day. The ring was bought in December. Mid January we brought it back because the prongs were loose. I got the ring back 2 week after the repair. My husband had purchased the Insurance on my ring when he bought it. A month and a half later the entire main stone and setting fell off. Because I'm in the military my mom had to bring the ring once again to Kay jewelers. Shes employed and had to take time off of work to accomplish this. She expected to just drop the ring off and be on her way. That was not the case. She had to stay there while they were talking about the ring in the back room and took up her entire day while they figured out what to do. Kay jewelers made her feel so uncomfortable and they were treating her like she stole the diamond. All this is happening to my mom wile I'm on base and can't really do anything about the situation. They told us we wouldn't get a answer on the ring for 4 to 6 weeks. MY WEDDING WAS IN TWO WEEKS!!!. So my mom and father-in-law called corporate and told them the situation. After that, they decided to gave us a replacement ring. One month later my replacement ring has a loose main Diamond and setting once again, and they are putting platinum in it so it supposedly won't happen again. They promised the ring was going to be back in the store on the 5th and did not actually get back to the store till the 10th. When I finally saw the ring with the platinum, it looked like a completely different ring! The before and after pictures are attached. Now it looks like the Eiffel Tower. I showed my husband and he was completely appalled and he would have never bought it if he had known this would have happened. I asked Kay's if I can just return the ring because of all the hassle and I don't want to be accused of stealing another diamond. Not to mention the fact that I have owned the ring for 5 months and out of those 5 months it's been at Kay's getting fixed for a total of 2 and a half months(half the time I've owned it). Then when I do get it fixed it's a completely different ring. I most definitely will not be letting my mom anywhere near this establishment because I do not want her to have to go through anything like that ever again. I don't believe in their product anymore. They will not let me return the ring, so hopefully you won't see me on here again after they supposedly fix the now ugly ring again. Definitely don't recommend Kay jewelers to anyone who you care about. I have never been so disappointed in a product AND a company that sold it to me. Before all of the trouble with my Diamond ring I had purchased a rubber ring for my husband which was a size 9 from this Kay jewelers. To double check that it was the right size I asked the clerk to make sure that it was a size 9. She informed me that it was a size 9. Even said size 9 on the receipt. I sent it to my husband through the mail because he is stationed overseas. The ring was to big! He went to the nearest Kay jewelers and they told him that that was actually a size 10. He had to wait another two weeks for the new ring to come in the mail. At this point I don't know if it is Kay jewelers as a company or if it is this specific location. read more

We came about 30 minutes before closing and Devina was still patient, kind and took the time needed with us. She helped ease the anxieties my children had with their first piercing. Since coming to this particular Kay location a year ago and dealing with the store manager Hammy Henderson I have not been anywhere else. I have purchased 6 Bulova watches, my wife's engagement ring, our wedding rings, multiple sets of ear rings, a bracelet and a watch for my wife. She ALWAYS takes care of us, she gives us the best deal possible and we always save a significant amount compared to the same item at other stores. After being told by two sales clerk they could retip a ring for me for $70 I returned with the ring, only to have my time wasted. There is not a jeweler onsite. The clerk told me my stone has two cracks in it. She gave me all kinds of song and dance of all the things that can go wrong retipping the ring. She had another clerk look at it, the consultant as he was from a family of jewelers. He agreed there were cracks in the ring and suggested to have it re-set into a pendant. I was so upset I left the store and the clerk was supposed to call me back with prices for jewelry repair but I never got this call. I took the ring to another jewelry store in the mall who disagreed of there being cracks. The following day I took the ring to a jeweler who confirmed there were no cracks in the ring and retipped it. read more

This has to be one of the worst customer service establishments I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend buying any jewelry at this store ever!! They are more concerned with corporate policy than accommodating their customers. My daughter and I spent 2 hours in the store trying to convince the manager to make a change to an item she already purchased, and the manager had to call corporate to get permission to do something that she should have had the authority to do in the first place. And don't even try to pick something up for your loved one unless you have a yellow slip regardless of the manager meeting me the day before and seeing my face, and taking my cc for the repairs. My daughter had to pick up the item herself which was totally out of the way. I tried calling corporate and they would not budge. Jacob has to be the worst employee ever. Since the beginning he was very inattentive and rude to my fiancé & I. We still went ahead and placed our wedding bands order with him. On the date that I got my ring (Tuesday) Jacob told us his ring was "back ordered" but that he was gonna make sure we would get it before Friday of that week(our wedding day). On Wednesday he calls me to ask personal information (last 4 of her ss, her date of birth and zip code) from the person that was going to give us the rings. He then said that he had to place another order in because they didn't have my fiancé's size at the wearhouse. He said the order was a "day after delivery" & we would get it Thursday. He never called back after that... on Thursday I call the store & Jacob is not even working that day. Nobody knows anything about the "new order". It turned out that the ring we had ordered was on clearance so nobody was making that specific ring again. I can't believe he lied to us so much and how unprofessional he dealt with the issue. If I never had to do business with these people here ever again it would be TOO SOON. Kay is literally the WORST customer service in the entire world. I've never been to a Kay and had great service. I thought this one was better because I have never had any issues with them before but then come in today and get the absolute WORST customer service from the lady in here who claims to be a store manager, HA! I've dealt with a male in here before and he was always great with every service I've had and then not to mention she goes and talks about me to the other worker who is with ANOTHER customer and have them all look at me while they're talking. If they want to state "company policy" in my face then I think they should be training all of their employees on their policy because it's different every time I come in here and see a different associate. They should not have even needed my husband to release the ring since his name was nowhere on the repair, but apparently they did. Then we get it situated and the "store manager" proceeds to say "please don't come back" as we're walking out & continues to talk about us to the other customers. Needless to say we will be contacting corporate regarding this store manager. If you want to call yourself a manager then you should probably act your age, which is clearly old enough to know that you don't react that way. By the way her name is Hammy Henderson.
