Not realizing this was a Flagship Store until we spoke with a gentleman who worked there, he told us to go to the highest floor and walk our way down to really see the store. It was an amazing experience. Who knew Tiffany sells so many different type of things. It was breath-taking and beautiful.

A window display that had the most beautiful Diamond Ring! Posted with review 03/13/21

I'm going to keep this short and sweet since I've reviewed Tiffany's at least twice before over the years. I had many photos too. There's nothing like their collection of one of a kind items no matter what you purchase. The bracelets and necklaces are beautiful. I'm not even going to try to describe the diamond rings. I'm a huge fan of this location. They treat me as if I'm a millionaire. Whether I go inside or just look at the window displays, I can never get enough. I return frequently for breakfast! If you haven't seen the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's that's a treat too!

I love Tiffany. I made a point to go to the Flagship store (this location) while we were visiting New York City. This place was pretty impressive. I never knew they had a Café inside, or I would've made reservations for that. Some of the things they sell and the price it goes for, will blow your mind. I mean, a coffee cup for like $80!? I just can't. However, I did venture up to the area that your average joe can afford. I'm not trying to spend thousands on something I think is overpriced. Whatever. But I did find Tiffany Blue Heart earrings that I love for $325. I had a necklace to match it, but recently lost it somehow during my move.

I had such a good experience with the staff at Tiffany's when I visited the first time, that I had to return the next day with my mother-in-law to do some serious shopping. The attendants were so accommodating and the sales experience from start to finish was seamless. We were offered refreshing lime waters while we waited for the paperwork to be submitted and it was nice to get the chance to cool off from the summer heat. I ended up purchasing the signature perfume and my mother-in-law purchased a gold turquoise pendant necklace. We especially loved how some of the items from the Breakfast at Tiffany's film were on display for patrons to look at up close. Would absolutely recommend stopping here, especially if you're visiting from out of town.

My partner and I were visiting New York to visit the flagship Tiffany & Co store to look at engagement rings and get sized. We made an appointment in advance with our well-known Tiffany's Client Advisor, Gale Lawton. Upon arrival we took in the gorgeous views on the first floor (fine jewelry) and were quickly joined by Gale and given a tour of the store (flagship was under renovation). Gale and his team worked with us as we tried on multiple rings, patiently explained the process and made the experience truly tailored to our requests. We enjoyed champagne and were treated to Tiffany's chocolates. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Gale or any Client Advisor in advance to make it a seamless experience. After our visit, Gale sent us each the rings we chose with sizing and a thank you.

Hello, I'm writing to let you know how disappointed I am in the quality of your products. I swam in a friend's pool recently and didn't take off my bracelets. One bracelet was from Tiffany, the other from Michael Hill. When I came out of the pool my Tiffany bracelet had greatly discolored and I'm struggling to polish it back to its original state. Both were gifts. My best friend's family gave me the Tiffany bracelet after my sister passed away (Sandy Martingano - you can google it). They gave it to me to officially welcome me into their family and said I was an "honorary" sister. They've always treated me like family. I didn't expect this from a Tiffany bracelet and am heartbroken. I attached a photo so you can compare the bracelets. I find it interesting that my Michael Hill white sapphire bracelet didn't discolor at all. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Lillian Martingano

I was in NYC for New Year's with my husband and we decided to walk down to Tiffany & Co. Beautiful store, very helpful and friendly staff. Walked out with a beautiful pair of earrings.

I stopped in last minute to grab a gift for my sister who was throwing my baby shower. I was actually intending on going to the flagship on 5th but saw this pop up on google maps and thought I'd check it out since it was on our way. This must have recently opened since I had never seen it or heard of a second Tiffany's so close to the main store. This is an express version of the flagship so it doesn't carry everything or have all the same services but it has a good selection. I happen to know exactly what I wanted and they happen to have that collection in store, so I grabbed what I needed and was on my way. The folks in store were super friendly and quick. I'd definitely go by there again but might check ahead of time if what I'm looking for is in the shop before heading over.

Good name brand if you plan to resell in the future. Expensive but their jewelry usually retains it's value.

Note that I've previously stepped inside the shop to survey the selection, and last night I stopped in for what was only supposed to be a quick moment... The owner greeted me and almost immediately started talking prices. This is $20 dollars and we have that for $25 dollars, but this is a little more expensive, and that's this price. Oh, that fascinator is beautiful on you and you can put it layaway. It was just $79 dollars, mind you. Excuse me? It's such a turn-off when people see brown skin and assume that the purchase would be unaffordable without a payment plan! Not to mention, I started off by noting that I was only taking a quick peek on my way to pick up my Nordstrom purchase. Though I promptly told her that I don't need layaway and I pay for things outright, I had already decided that I wouldn't be buying from there. Her fixation on talking to me about price was all I needed to hear. Nothing disgusts me more than when people make assumptions! I have beautiful vintage hats in my collection, fine jewelry and quality costume jewelry, and beautiful bags that I've purchased abroad. She could've had a repeat customer who prioritizes quality goods and, more importantly, quality service.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.

My order arrived with missing items despite paying oversized shipping and waiting days for delivery. Since then, I've been stuck in an endless cycle of apologies with almost no action. After nearly a week of emailing back and forth, I was asked to provide my order details again. Why? The entire email trail already contains everything they need. Instead of reviewing the case history, each representative seems to start from scratch, wasting the customer's time because they can't be bothered to read their own correspondence. Muji has mastered the art of apologizing without actually resolving anything. Every response is filled with sympathy and promises to "look into it," yet there is no urgency whatsoever to fix a mistake that was entirely their responsibility. Once they have your money, you're left waiting while your case sits in limbo. For a company that promotes quality and simplicity, their customer service is anything but. Poor communication, zero ownership, endless delays, and customers forced to repeatedly chase for updates. Paying extra for oversized shipping clearly doesn't translate to better service when something goes wrong. If you're lucky enough to receive your order intact, you'll probably have a good experience. But if there's a problem, don't expect Muji to treat it like a priority. Based on my experience, their customer service is all apologies and no accountability.
