The flagship store's presentation has been updated since my last visit. Employees still provide friendly, warm service. As with other locations, fewer sterling silver collections were displayed in favor of the higher end jewelry. On the ground floor are two bright lifelike walls depicting the city's famous buildings, with gorgeous floral bouquets accenting the display cases. Every floor has something unique to view. You can appreciate the stunning beauty and craftsmanship of the items displayed like a museum piece. You can get a different perspective of the stacked Louis Vuitton cases from an upper floor. The houseware/tea room/children's floor is beautiful, with many staged tables for your special occasion. I hear how hard it is to get a tea room reservation, but on this summer weekend afternoon, it was almost empty. Dine in only. I couldn't get an iced drink to go. I love how there are some designs exclusive to this flagship location. I kinda regret not buying the Please Return to Tiffany themed ceramic cups. I'm going to keep this short and sweet since I've reviewed Tiffany's at least twice before over the years. I had many photos too. There's nothing like their collection of one of a kind items no matter what you purchase. The bracelets and necklaces are beautiful. I'm not even going to try to describe the diamond rings. I'm a huge fan of this location. They treat me as if I'm a millionaire. Whether I go inside or just look at the window displays, I can never get enough. I return frequently for breakfast! I love Tiffany. I made a point to go to the Flagship store (this location) while we were visiting New York City. This place was pretty impressive. I never knew they had a Café inside, or I would've made reservations for that. Some of the things they sell and the price it goes for, will blow your mind. I mean, a coffee cup for like $80!? I just can't. However, I did venture up to the area that your average joe can afford. I'm not trying to spend thousands on something I think is overpriced. Whatever. But I did find Tiffany Blue Heart earrings that I love for $325. I had a necklace to match it, but recently lost it somehow during my move. read more

Hello, I'm writing to let you know how disappointed I am in the quality of your products. I swam in a friend's pool recently and didn't take off my bracelets. One bracelet was from Tiffany, the other from Michael Hill. When I came out of the pool my Tiffany bracelet had greatly discolored and I'm struggling to polish it back to its original state. Both were gifts. My best friend's family gave me the Tiffany bracelet after my sister passed away (Sandy Martingano - you can google it). They gave it to me to officially welcome me into their family and said I was an "honorary" sister. They've always treated me like family. I didn't expect this from a Tiffany bracelet and am heartbroken. I attached a photo so you can compare the bracelets. We were visiting for the weekend, and were told that there was only more at the warehouse and they would ship it to us by Tuesday. We never got the rings so we called to find out what happened. I had such a good experience with the staff at Tiffany's when I visited the first time, that I had to return the next day with my mother-in-law to do some serious shopping. The attendants were so accommodating and the sales experience from start to finish was seamless. We were offered refreshing lime waters while we waited for the paperwork to be submitted and it was nice to get the chance to cool off from the summer heat. I ended up purchasing the signature perfume and my mother-in-law purchased a gold turquoise pendant necklace. We especially loved how some of the items from the Breakfast at Tiffany's film were on display for patrons to look at up close. My partner and I were visiting New York to visit the flagship Tiffany & Co store to look at engagement rings and get sized. We made an appointment in advance with our well-known Tiffany's Client Advisor, Gale Lawton. Upon arrival we took in the gorgeous views on the first floor (fine jewelry) and were quickly joined by Gale and given a tour of the store (flagship was under renovation). Gale and his team worked with us as we tried on multiple rings, patiently explained the process and made the experience truly tailored to our requests. We enjoyed champagne and were treated to Tiffany's chocolates. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Gale or any Client Advisor in advance to make it a seamless experience. My review is very complimentary about the Tiffany's store AND employees and the Breakfast at Tiffany's(Blue Box Cafe) staff, all are EXTRAORDINARY and one bad employee I would fire if I ran or owned the business. I stopped in last minute to grab a gift for my sister who was throwing my baby shower. I was actually intending on going to the flagship on 5th but saw this pop up on google maps and thought I'd check it out since it was on our way. This must have recently opened since I had never seen it or heard of a second Tiffany's so close to the main store. This is an express version of the flagship so it doesn't carry everything or have all the same services but it has a good selection. I happen to know exactly what I wanted and they happen to have that collection in store, so I grabbed what I needed and was on my way. The folks in store were super friendly and quick. I'd definitely go by there again but might check ahead of time if what I'm looking for is in the shop before heading over. read more

Walked in today to look for a necklace for my wife. It is a very small store, and no one else was there. There were three employees engaged in conversation behind the counter and they never acknowledged/greeted us. I even made a point to peruse a glass case right in front of them and nothing. We found the necklace my wife wanted displayed in a wall case. Since no asked if we needed help, I proceeded to open the door to look at the necklace myself. Then the lady wants to come over and chastise me for opening the display case! I told her maybe if you had asked if we needed help, I wouldn't have helped myself. Several other people walked in and were greeted. This was our last day and didn't want to try and locate another Tiffany's. Paid cash and left. Very rude and dismissive sales staff. (Channel Gardens location) The sales professional that was with us was incredibly unhelpful. Didn't catch her name, but she had short black hair that was tied up. I asked for the Return to Tiffany Heart Tag medium pendant in silver and she said they stopped making that a long time ago. She looked it up on the store's iPad search website and tiffany.com and said it doesn't exist anymore but I pulled it up myself on my phone on tiffany.com. I get it if it's just not available at that location, but she kept insisting that Tiffany discontinued that completely. It's a super popular line--thought these employees would know more about it. I was in NY for my bachelorette party weekend and thought buying the perfect earrings to compliment my wedding dress would make the trip extra special. While it's an impressive flagship store, the customer service leaves something to be desired. Immediately was looked passed as a "looker" and no attempts were made to ask about our visits purpose. After the only polite sales associate pointed us to the correct person to help us, there was little enthusiasm and price range was not even asked. On top of this no water or champagne was offered despite other patrons enjoying a beverage. This is not the experience I've encountered with my home based Tiffany's. Despite this experience I purchased a beautiful set of earrings and was brushed off immediately. One would think after a purchase and verifying sizeable past transactions with the store would change the situation. While I'll continue buying from Tiffany's I would steer clear from this store and stay with my trusty Tiffany's store in my home state. read more
