I shop at Tiffany's online and at this location often. I recently brought in my sterling silver necklace for repair. The necklace broke and luckily I was able to find all the beads. The repair took about two weeks, I picked it up and good as new. The cost of repair was $75. I prefer a no-pressure shopping experience and decided not to look around for any other items. I went into Tiffany's to purchase a Return to Tiffany's Multi-heart Tag Bracelet. I was welcomed and warmly greeted by Ivan. I told him what I was looking for. He quickly pulled a medium bracelet out for me to try on for size, it was perfect. He then pulled out a still wrapped bracelet for me. He offered me sparkling water which was served in a crystal glass; what a nice touch. I've been eyeing this bracelet for a good year as my mom has one. In April I chose different Return to Tiffany bracelet which so love but so still wanted the Multi-Heart tag one. I also looked at the Return to Tiffany Double Heart Tag Key Ring with the turquoise heart. I loved it too. With Ivan's assistance I made my purchases. No buyers remorse, very happy with my gifts for myself. Thank you Ivan for a 5 star pleasant experience. I will seek you out when I make another purchase. It's the go-to store of my brother and me for Tiffany pieces because of the excellent customer service we receive from all the staff at this location. She's very professional, kind, lovely personality, calm, and accommodating. Immediately when we all see each other, we share big smiles and Hi's (and she also offers water or champagne he he he :-D)! Customer service is exactly what you would expect. Impeccable perfection. My recent stop in was to have one of my bracelets repaired. They have a special area that is set aside for repairs, and the women that take your prized pieces understand your attachment to your pieces. The woman that assisted me, carefully noted everything about my bracelet, easing my mind about *my* bracelet being returned to me. After notes, pictures, and my signature, my jewelry was packaged and the associate sent it off to New York. Two weeks later, a text message from the store, as well as, a phone call, notified me that my bracelet was ready to be picked up. I arrived to pick up my bracelet, and it was boxed in the famed blue box and white ribboned to gift perfection. It gave me that giddy feeling of happiness. My bracelet was perfect. The small fee for repair was completely worth it. I have many prized pieces from Tiffany's, and the quality and customer service make me a lifetime customer. I purchased the Tiffany diamond smile necklace, earrings and bracelet from her as well as the bean necklace set in gold and also in silver in December. She didn't treat me very well although she made an excellent commission from my sales. She was sarcastic at times and other times during the sale she got tired of being friendly and professional and acted irritated and unresponsive. I am writing you this email because Tia has been using her access to my personal information to contact me. She has sent me several texts messages since December, and a Happy New Year card to my home. It feels like harassment. Attached is the Happy Mothers Day text I received a few days ago. My wife and I went to this Tiffany's and we asked about upgrading her engagement ring. They firmly broke the bad news to us. They said they cannot do it. They said we had to buy a new ring. If you have any problems with your jewelry there is a large price tag to get the item fixed on top of the hefty purchase price. Salesperson was patient and showed me various pieces before I settled on one. COVID-19: There was someone at the door managing entry. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before going inside. There was plenty of room inside the store for physical distancing. All staff were wearing face masks, and they had masks available for customers who don't have them. They were wiping down counters and surfaces after someone touches them. I felt safe shopping in this store. This review will discuss plain purchases I've made for myself, as well as a jewelry repair service I had recently done. My two purchases were bracelets. I had already known what I wanted prior to going into the store (since I do all my research and browsing online beforehand), so I can't comment on the sales associates' suggestions regarding items. I simply told them what I wanted, they let me inspect the items and try them on, and that was a done deal. That being said, both purchases of my bracelets went smoothly. Beautifully packaged and my sales girls were overall friendly. I received an email about a week after my second bracelet purchase thanking me for the purchase and to contact the particular sales girl who helped me if I had any questions. It was a nice personal touch. My next experience was when I brought in a bracelet whose jump ring had broken off. I was greeted when I entered, and was asked what I needed. After telling them I needed something repaired, I was taken to the back and the lady who helped me suggested not only repairing the jump ring, but also resizing my bracelet down to prevent future problems. She had it sent to NYC for the repair and assured me that I would receive an email with a tracking number once it was on its way back to CA. Sure enough, all that was said to me regarding my repair happened and was shipped to my home, and my bracelet is back to me. It's now fixed, sized perfectly for my wrist, was cleaned and polished, and rewrapped in the usual blue Tiffany box. The whole process took 2 weeks for the item to come back to me. read more

We entered and were stalked by an employee who thought that he could sell us in something in every case. We had an idea of what we were looking for and simply wanted to shop at our own pace.... I give 3 stars because our other experiences were not like walking through a carnival. Tone it down a notch guy. After taking in some of my jewelry for cleaning and repair, there was a terrible mishap (not the fault of Tiffany's) but I was completely devastated! I called the store and the sweet lady at headquarters (didn't catch her name) was so understanding and helpful. Then I was able to get in touch with Hunter, who was the associate who assisted me from the get go, he completely understood what I was feeling and was sympathetic.
