The selection of stores is plentiful but to my disappointment, there was no luxury brands here like the Livermore Outlet. Adidas and Vans has 40 + 50% off on select items. For front parking at the main entrance the outlet charges a fee however there is free parking outside the main entrance. It's a nice outlet to visit however I don't think I would come back because of the limited selection of luxury stores and the parking situation.

As I needed to exchange something, the additional assistant came to the counter and gave a very obvious head to toe assessment of my appearance. Given that I was in a BTS Arirang tour shirt and casual lounge pants, it appears I must have been found lacking. Some very quiet comments were made to the initial rep and the manager was called. Although the transaction was completed, the service was beyond lacking. It reminded me of a Pretty Woman moment. I have not experienced this behavior in any other Coach store, regardless of my attire. This is not a store I would return to.

I called the store to see if I could exchange the footwear but was told they need to be in new conditions not warn. I explained to the sales associate how is it possible to know if you don't wear them. I'm sorry you can't return them. Very unsatisfied customer I will never purchase anything under armour again for myself or family.

I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory for work clothes and I still prefer those stores over Loft, but I felt that this location was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't over-crowded at all. The fitting rooms were spacious too.

Remains our favorite shopping location as it has a variety of shops, places to eat in an outdoor environment which is well laid out. There is plenty of parking if you use the two parking garages located on opposite sides of the shopping center. There is parking on the street but it is limited. It's located in Folsom just off of I50 and it's easy to get to. Our favorite movie theater is here as well!

Loked around most of the store to get a sense of everything, amd eventually settled on trying out several different crew necks and a quarter zip. I didn't decide to get everything here bit did decide on the an olive green crewneck sweater for myself. And a black ahort sleeve athletic t-shirt for my son. Multiple staff were very helpful. One male staff member in the floor was also able to provide a better description of sweaters I asked about and their differences. Which would help me describe them to someone else if they were to ask which ones I was interested in. A female staff member who helped me with the fitting room, also helped me at the counter. And told me abojthe extra savings on my purchases if I signed up for their free Ralph Lauren account. A 10% additional discount for a few moments of my time was definitely worth it. And Ralph Lauren also supports veterans and had another discount for service members, which I never expect but am really appreciative of. Out the door I think I saved about 50% on my purchases, which the sweater already being 30% off. And the additional discounts saved me another 20%. Overall: Great experience at this location, and I really appreciated their thanks to service members and their additional deals for them.

The young lady who was near us as we looked for items, looked miserable. Her demeanor was anger as if she just didn't want to be there. She never spoke or asked if we needed any help. I wouldn't spend two cents in this store. The management is outwardly offensive and too never spoke or addressed what he witnessed was our discomfort. This store is completely unwelcoming and doesn't know the first thing about customer care or engagement.
