For front parking at the main entrance the outlet charges a fee however there is free parking outside the main entrance. It's a nice outlet to visit however I don't think I would come back because of the limited selection of luxury stores and the parking situation.

Never once asked me if I needed help, or was looking for something in particular. Needless to say, we walked out immediately. They did not bring any value of customer service to the table! Loked around most of the store to get a sense of everything, amd eventually settled on trying out several different crew necks and a quarter zip. I didn't decide to get everything here bit did decide on the an olive green crewneck sweater for myself. And a black ahort sleeve athletic t-shirt for my son. Multiple staff were very helpful. One male staff member in the floor was also able to provide a better description of sweaters I asked about and their differences. Which would help me describe them to someone else if they were to ask which ones I was interested in. A female staff member who helped me with the fitting room, also helped me at the counter. And told me abojthe extra savings on my purchases if I signed up for their free Ralph Lauren account. A 10% additional discount for a few moments of my time was definitely worth it. And Ralph Lauren also supports veterans and had another discount for service members, which I never expect but am really appreciative of. Out the door I think I saved about 50% on my purchases, which the sweater already being 30% off. And the additional discounts saved me another 20%. Overall: Great experience at this location, and I really appreciated their thanks to service members and their additional deals for them.
