We talked back and forth and then he allowed me to try on the necklace. It fit perfectly...so I had to buy it...of course! My husband and I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Tiffany & Company. It was a Saturday closer to the 6 in the afternoon. There was no wait line outside and all the measures were taken such as 6 ft apart, control of amount of people that went inside the store, 2 different lines for those who are walk-in and those who had an appointment or pick-up. We went in and were introduced to Mr. Mark, who was really knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted but I was unsure about the size of the ring. Mr. Mark shared his expertise and helped me narrow the size after trying a variety of sizes. The particular Tiffany Hardware ring in the size that I needed was not there. He offered to be shipped to our home but I asked if it was possible for the ring to be picked up at the store. He said it will be no problem. i've been a customer call center representative for over 40 years and never have I received the worst customer service for my company who claims to have the best jewelry who claims to stand behind the warranty, but don't think enough to train the people properly. I sent necklace before Thanksgiving back beginning of December looking for the necklace on it to be told that the necklace could not be found. I will admit Andrea the person who assisted me she did take the ball by the horns ran around finally found it. She saying that I put the wrong label on it. i've been had to call for follow up on the status call back in December 13. I received a call saying that they found it. They found the necklace and then they wanted to charge me $75 to fix the necklace and then to Andrea then on December 13 to mail the necklace back I have been on the phone today, several people still have not received my necklace back in the mail as I was told. I was very disappointed in the service and for the fact that I did all the tracking information and all before I called because a customer service rep and I wanted to make the call smooth she did follow up on her call, but she did not offer any type of discount. The only thing was wrong is that the chain had broke I could purchase a chain for less than $75 have not received it back, which was a gift from my daughter, I will never purchase anything from Tiffany's again forget about me read more

I came to Tiffany's today to purchase a charm necklace for my God-daughter graduation present. I was looking for something very simple but elegant. She doesn't wear much jewelry but I felt if she had a nice day-to-day necklace she would wear it more often than only special occasions. Thankfully, there was a small wait time to be helped by the jewelers. I had plenty of time to browse the store and find the perfect necklace. I received friendly and helpful service. I ordered a necklace as a gift for my wife. The order was placed a week before the event with fast delivery in 1 day. As a result, it hasn't even been sent yet. There's an event tomorrow morning and I'm left without a gift. you will have to go empty-handed. The support promised until the very end that they would deliver it on time, but in the end I was left with nothing. The money was not returned, the necklace was not sent. So my boyfriend & I stopped in here yesterday to look at engagement rings. While we were cheerfully greeted by the security man, the salesman we ended up with wasn't so friendly. He seemed very uninterested in what we were there for. He spoke so softly & mumbled what each ring was, we couldn't even understand what he was saying. So unfortunately, based on this, I'm taking off a star. All the other employees seemed very engaged & pleasant with their customers. The store is huge & nicely laid out. Jewelry is neatly displayed & signed. I've had Tiffany jewelry in the past & visited the store. The brand & quality is phenomenal, not to mention recognizable. Who doesn't know what that cute little blue box is with the white bow? While it is somewhat grossly expensive, I think it's worth the price. Here's hoping my ring (Tiffany Legacy style) comes from here. :) read more

My fiancé and I went to Tiffany & Co. to pick out wedding bands. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with friendly smiles and hellos, it was no longer than 30 seconds after we started browsing before we were asked by an associate if we needed assistance, we said yes, told her what we wanted, and the lady told us that she would get someone to assist us. The associate that assisted us was Lisa Bowers, and she was very eager to help. We told her that we were interested in designs by Elsa Peretti and their Lucida line. Lisa quickly got to work, grabbing a variety of rings for us to try on, ensuring that we both liked the designs and the fit of the rings. My fiancé picked out a 3mm Au 750 ring with a diamond that he really liked designed by one of his favorite designers, Elsa Peretti. I chose a 6mm Au 750 ring from their Lucida line that I really liked. Both of the rings were simply stunning! Lisa was very congratulatory and sweet, and she offered us glasses of Veuve Clicquot to celebrate. This was a shopping trip that turned into a celebration! We had the best experience ever at Tiffany & Co., and will definitely be doing business with them again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! Eh, I expected a higher standard of service since it's a fine jewelry store. I needed to have my necklace chain fixed and I was literally directed to 3 different associates, so that was annoying. "Oh you'll have to talk to the gentleman there" "Oh you'll need to talk to the sales associate over there" etc. I also wasn't greeted upon entering either..I sort of had to wander around, and I know the associates saw me come in looking lost, but they all waited for me to approach them and ask for help versus welcoming me and asking me what I needed.. I wish there was a closer Tiffanys location I could go to because I was not left feeling like a valued customer here. read more

I just love coming to see what beautiful new jewelry they have inside Tiffany &Co. I was immediately greeted at the door by friendly staff and assisted as I looked at the pendants and watches. Everything is selectively placed in the showcases and organized which make finding things easy. Every piece just sparkled in the lights and I felt like a kid in a candy store! I really loved the key pendants which had diamonds on them as they hung on the necklace. The watches were very nice as well. I'm not a watch expert, but I love d the variety they carry. The most disrespectful and rude sales associates I have ever encountered. Went in to purchase a ring with a friend that she been looking to purchase for months now. We were almost completely ignored when we walked in until a sales associate with the name of M. Maerschalk approached with an altogether rude comment, almost implying that we should leave and that we were done looking. I have never felt so much discourtesy in my life, especially considering we were all visibly wearing multiple pieces of Tiffany jewelry and are somewhat frequent customers. This store was dirty- items needed to be polished, counters were dusty and employees were not knowledgable on the products in the cases. Spoke with store manager, i was offered free jewelry cleaning but wouldn't allow them at this location to clean any of my pieces! Be aware, if you are a Tiffany and Co.
