If they don't already have what you are looking for it can probably be special ordered. I prefer to deal with local businesses whenever can vs the big box type places. With jewelry it is important to have someone that you trust to give you a fair price when purchasing or handing over your valuables (especially those with sentimental value). I only trust Lew & his contact in New York City for my precious metals:)
