There were two women, Kat and Cristy who immediately greeted me, friendly. I asked if anyone had time today for a walk-in. I had a couple hours before another appointment, and thought I'd give it a try. Kat said there would be an opening in about an hour. I had another appointment close to that time so I asked about a later time. I was booked for cut later on in no time! Super easy! Cristy was my stylist. She was super nice and accommodating. I had not cut my hair for Nine Months. Nine Months! So it was rather long and messy. I just wanted to get it cut and trimmed short but not too short. I asked her for recommendations, and she was awesome with ideas and looks for my type of hair. I was extremely pleased with how friendly and laid back she is and is easy to work with. The rates are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I would go back here again in the future. Maybe not nine months though. Hopefully sooner. LOL. Changing colorists can be stressful and these two ladies were careful to match my color and product exactly.
