I decided to go back to the store yesterday to buy the perfume. I did not know the name but tested pretty much everything. Fast forward, one of the sales staff sold me perfume. While I was paying, she told me I have rosacea and said it very loudly (Keep in mind that I do not have rosacea but rather a sunburn from being at the shore for the week). Even after telling her I have a sunburn in my face and my face was hot, the sales lady was quick to ask another associate to put cream on my face after telling her loudly that I am in denial that I have rosacea. I declined. It is troubling to think that someone you have never met, no medical degree or dermatology experience , and limited knowledge, is providing diagnoses to customers. YIKES! The sales person also made faces behind my back while I was paying. How do I know? I could see her doing so in the mirror. Won't shop here again. Unpleasant. I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I researched after I got home to find it usually is $125 - 200. I was scammed. - I booked a consultation in advance - I confirmed twice and sent them photos of my eyebrows. As requested by them! I was booked for lip blush and when I came in thought I consulted for that. - During the consultation they offered me to do it right then and there. I agreed because I had the time and offered the rate of $350 - They said I had to put numbing cream for 20 minutes. They came in maybe after 5-10 minutes to begin and didn't even allow the numbing to set in. I was tearing during the session but powered through. - Afterwards I had some blonde eyebrow hairs. I thought that was normal but when I went home they were permanently blonde. On top of that I tipped!! I was kind and patient to come home to find out I was probably scammed and was disrespected as a client. This was very disappointing. I would've loved to give a better review but they took advantage of my kindness and my trust. If you want people to trust with your face and money this might not be the best option. I have been doing injections for a few years now, but Dr. Jenn took me to another level. She is straight forward as to what you need and what you don't and will address any other concerns you might have.
