My temperature was checked upon walking in and my hands were instantly sprayed with sanitizer. They have plexiglass galore, everyone's socially distant, and the employees wear masks and plastic protective face shields as well as gloves. The technician was great and did a very thorough job. The tip is demanding and they treat you according with the tip you give. I had manicure and pedicure there and I gave 8 dollars of tip, the cashier guy took took the money and threw it on the ground in anger! I just have 8 dollars in cash and they don't get tips on the credit card. The minimum tip DEMANDED is 20%. Tiffany Spa (on the second floor) is the best place I've ever had my eyelashes done. They customize the eyelashes based on your preferences (length, curl, thickness, and style [whether you want a more cute look or glamorous look]). Kristy is my favorite - she takes her time and makes sure every hair has a lash. Her attention to detail and perfection is why I'll alway go back to her. All of the beauticians here are well trained and apply the eyelashes safely and with cleanliness. The eyelashes look natural, but also add a lot to my overall look. My lashes are 14C. The lashes look so great that I get excited to leave the house with minimal to no makeup on at all. In my experience, the lashes last for about a month, but you can get them refilled bi-weekly for a discounted price. My tips to make them last longer: 1) don't sleep on your face, 2) don't rub your eyes, 3) don't get them wet. The photo with my eyes closed are the lashes after 1 day. UPDATE: I went down the street to Avenue Nails and they took great care of me. I was greeted with warm and friendly hellos when I entered, and they made me feel at home. Got a great manicure. They even said goodbye to me when I left - even saying my name. I recommend everyone go there instead, instead of paying so much money at Tiffany's and being treated like crap. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I mean, I know Greenwich is lily white. But small businesses really need to treat all patrons equally - including Black folks. When I walked in, I received the "stares." It's like they didn't know why I was standing there. Uh, I'm here to get nails done. Duh. There were no friendly greetings or anything. Someone said "pick your color," and I did. While getting my pedicure, I decided I wanted to get a simple manicure as well. The person working on my feet said they can't do it. When I walked in, there were only two other people there being serviced. So I was confused why they couldn't do it. Sure, all these other white folks walked in subsequently wanting services. But I was already there. So what was the problem? But they were quick to take my $71 for the spa pedicure. And they didn't seem to care to take my money. So okay. My best friend and I have been coming here (from Manhattan) for years and to say the least are addicted to both the Spa's staff and our lashes! Typically we'll get an extension refill anywhere from 3-4 weeks to keep them nice and full and this takes about an hour per session. Went for a manicure & pedicure as a birthday present to myself. The technician I got was I guess the manager as she was welcoming people & took a 7 minute phone call while doing my pedicure. She held the phone with her shoulder as she attempted to file my nails & cut the cuticles. The massage may have been 3 minutes long but I'm being generous. She barely placed the dividers between my toes & added the polish. Went to drying station. When done drying, I noticed that my big toe & the one next to it had been touching & the polish had smeared. Eh. I had a pretty good pedicure - great hot stone massage, decent colour etc. However, the manicure was a real disappointment. The mani is streaky, she didn't use a base coat, it already looks like it's falling apart...just generally a bit of a disappointment. These guys are the best. I think all the bad reviews are getting mixed up with the another Tiffany something because there is no way you can get a bad manicure or pedicure from here. I used to always go to this salon before they were under new management, and always had a great experience. I decided to stop in today, and unfortunately experienced the complete opposite. I was getting a quick regular manicure, and one of the employees Maria accidentally spilled the nail polish all over my phone, wallet, and jeans. I understand accidents are accidents, but i never even received an apology!! She proceeded to put away the nail polish and didn't even offer to clean any of my belongings. My daughter had an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrows. Normally the same girl does both. My daughter had her $6 dollars for a tip, gave it to the pedicure girl only to discover someone else was doing the eyebrows. She told the girl doing the eyebrows when she was finished that the pedicure girl had the tip but that wasn't good enough and the eyebrow girl demanded a tip. The shop was not busy and took me as a drop-in. I asked and was told the price for a manicure was $12; however, after I chose a color--an ordinary nude color, nothing special or exotic--the manicurist said that color was $16--1/3 higher--because it "lasted longer." The service wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't good. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and they took me right away even though they were busy which was nice. Unfortunately I couldn't understand a word the poor nail tech was saying so there was a lot of polite smiling and nodding on my part. I asked her to take care of the rough parts on the bottom of my feet, but I don't think she understood what I was saying so she didn't take care of that. Other than that the pedicure was quite good. When she went to do my nails I asked her to cut them short, again she didn't understand me and didn't make them short enough. I was also disappointed that she didn't clean up my cuticles. I guess I could have been more assertive with my requests, but I'm a pretty lax person. The manicure was pretty pricey as well. $40 for a basic mani/pedi. I won't be coming back. read more

Can be hit or miss with the mani/pedi. Workers fall somewhere between pleasant and snarky. The female manager is welcoming and professional. The guy who stands in is the opposite. Been here twice now for massages. They're very clean, and do a great job with the massage. They can be deep even for the Swedish massage but you can always let them know if the pressure is too much. I also think they're reasonably priced for the location and in comparison to the overall pricing in the Greenwich area. I think I'll definitely come here again. Only negative (which isn't that big of a deal to me bc it's covered) is the window in one of the rooms. Idk if it's near a rooftop or highway or something with people and cars but you can hear both during the massage sometimes. The window is completely covered so there isn't a privacy issue its just extra noise. They do play soothing music too so that helps. read more

this place is terrible! the price is not worth it because they do terrible job at a simple manicure. they don't polish the whole nail and dont know how to fix it when it's messed up.they prefer white people over other races because they think get a better tip. HEIDI was the one who did my nails. At first she was very friendly so i thought maybe she'll do a good job. As soon as one of her regular clients walked in, she rushed my manicure to the point where she kept making mistakes and didnt polish my nails completely. there were spots that didnt have nail polish. They also dont sterilize their equipments after their tools have been used on someone else's feet, best believe they'll use it on your finger nails without cleaning or sterilizing it. if you dont mind getting warts, you can try this place. ive been to other nail salons on the ave that are way better than this place with better service.
