Great spot hidden up on the hill. You can't see it from the street. The place is larger than most nail salons so you don't feel cramped even when they are busy. All of the staff seems friendly. I moved to Greenwich recently and they definitely don't know me, yet they all say hello. I got lucky my first time there and was assigned Lilly. She does a great job! I'm very fussy about my nails and I am so happy I found her. read more

This time she didn't do the callus remover that I paid for and stopped during my 10 minute foot message (that they stop at the exact minute) to get another client started. It's the day before Christmas Eve. I called 3 places, all totally booked. Tried Hill Top after not visiting in a long while (due to COVID) and sweet Lee said "come in now. We'll take care of you" and take care of me they did! My 4 year old had an "AMAZING" experience with Wendy, who was playful and kind when my daughter asked for Olaf on her "daddy toe and sister finger". She broke out the real design kit and put the most amazing detail on my daughters tiny nails after making sure the green red pattern was just as little one wanted. Julie did my pedicure and gel mani and I got a relaxing massage (although didn't catch his name). We felt safe and cared for! Will absolutely be back! My mother in law recommend this place and wow I'm so happy she did. Place is clean (follow all Covid guidelines), great selection of colors, employees are friendly, massages are great! I went here last week to get a quick manicure done. There is nobody in the salon which after that made me a little nervous. It's a huge location yet I was the only one there. It took forever for them to get my gel nail polish off which seemed a little odd because every other place that I've been to out of town it doesn't take long. Their color selection is so small that it's nearly impossible to pick a fun color when all the choices are either a light pink or sparkles. I was there for over an hour getting my nails done which did not make any sense. One of my nails Broke so she had to use nail glue to seal it together. However when she tried to squeeze the tube of nail glue it went absolutely everywhere especially on my new jacket. This place is definitely not worth your time nor is it worth the $45 you waste for a mediocre manicure. I recommend going to some all in the wall nail salon to get a manicure. read more

I went in to hilltop nail salon tonight to get a simple eyebrow wax. While waxing the lady got wax in the middle of my eye brow and pulled out a huge chunk of my eyebrow. She never said a word to me about it until I was done and said that she got a little wax on my eyebrow but that it was fine. Upon looking in the mirror I was horrified! I have a huge chunk of eyebrow missing. There is no way to cover it up easily, so now I have to walk around with only part of an eyebrow. So upset! The ladies in the salon have no sympathy at all. Very happy to find this nail salon so close to work. It's a really large salon with a professional look. Prices were decent. She did a very good job on the manicure (although it's the first day so I cant tell you how long it will last). The foot massage was the best one I've ever had. My only gripe was that she spend very little time exfoliating my feet but I definitely will be back. Very friendly. read more

I have been a loyal customer here for a couple of years and love the nail technicians. However, I was treated very rudely today by management. The nail technician started to speak to me and we were speaking in the back of the salon. A person came in to get a massage and was in a chair near me. I was asked by management to lower my voice so as not to disturb the person's massage. I do not know why the massage chair was in the middle of the floor. Either way, I stopped talking. Then, a large group of people came in and spoke loudly for the rest of my visit. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable. Even when the nail technician tried speaking to me after that, I felt uncomfortable talking. I love the people who do my nails there, but I probably will not return. read more

Holy smokes- I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I cannot believe I have not already reviewed them to tell you the secret to the best manicure you have ever had: ask for the "same time massage." Brilliant! Why has no one thought of this before?? Instead of a traditional chair with your hands in front of you, they put you in a seated massage chair. Your hands are on the table, and while someone makes them look lovely, someone else (ask for James-- he's the best!) gives you a shoulder, neck and back massage! BLISS!! I so happily come here whenever we are in town (to visit my mum) and look forward to it every time! This Christmas, I came with one of my daughters, and Mirna gave me the best footrub during my pedicure. If I could have afforded the time, I would have let her go on and on. You can add 10 minutes (5 per foot/calf) to any pedicure and even add more time than that as you go if you get as blissed out as I was. The only reason I can guess that others have not had the amazing experiences that I have had is that perhaps they're trying to keep it a secret? :) Hilltop Nails has the latest technology (even a toenail drying table which I have never seen before!) and the loveliest people (so nice to me and my daughter both) and the BEST massage to accompany any of their services. Do yourself a favor and go give them a try! Do remember to bring cash, though (they have an ATM right there) as they prefer it. Hope you enjoy your time there as much as I always do! read more
