An amazing flowers arrangement was delivered to our house with courtesy and smile. The arrangement itself was to die for! What a beautiful arrangement !! We truly thought the company had spent +| - $400. Turns out it was less than half. It's been about a week now and they still are as fresh as when they were delivered. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful.
