I have been a client of theirs for years, going as far back as to when they were servicing out of Newark, NJ. Ty , Lee and NaNa collectively do amazing jobs as I've been serviced by all of them! They are attentive, take their time and provide amazing service! Additionally, they have protocols in place to provide a clean, and safe environment for their clients: Hand Sanitizer, Plastic Shields to separate clients from techs and nail debris to name a few. They offer a variety of services to include: full sets, gel mani's and pedi's as well as eyebrows. They take both walk in's and appointments. I used to like this place until recently. I got a pedicure about a month or so ago and the guy doing my feet cut himself. A small nick but I still saw blood. He proceeded to dab the blood off on the towel that my feet were on and then attempted to have me put my feet back on it. I had to tell him to change the towel. Then I put my feet back in water and he tried to put his hand in the water and I had to TELL him to put on gloves. Disgusting. Won't be back. read more

Honest to God, this is as good as it gets. I have been going to Darlene at Mirage for 10 years and I am now ready to share her with the world. I have had mani/pedis by many (Spa Sydel, Natural Body etc..) And I assure you, I have NEVER had a better experience. On the surface Mirage seems like your standard strip mall nail shop but walk in and you truly get the royal treatment. Darlene is assisted by her mother (who speaks very little English) and her sister on occasion. Others have tried to work there but everyone wants Darlene! Why? Because she is 'da bomb! She spends an endless amount of time breaking down my dogs (i.e. feet) buffing, shaving, polishing... rubbing and massaging my legs. Mirage is also impeccably clean. They thoroughly clean between each person and give it a scrub over at night (I've closed the joint). They are a wonderful family. When my daughter was born, they took turns playing with her so I could have a few moments to pamper myself. I'm sure my $25 +tip was not their motivation. They are just good people. read more

Just got a fresh manicure and pedicure with a tip on my toe because my natural nail broke. Excellent service and I'm very satisfied with results. I got my previous solar acrylic removed and SNS applied on my nails. First time trying this and really love it! No harm to nails and so light. Will be returning. read more

This place is OK... Just walked out. It's a guy and a lady doing nails, and it seemed like everyone that was a regular was going to the guy. Of course I got the lady I walked in for a full set and ended up getting a fill in. So my nails was already the pacific shape that I wanted. I told her I wanted my nails to look the same and she told me she they wouldn't look the same. Hu? I knew then I wasn't gonna walk out happy but I stayed. Long story short my nails were not consistent at all. the reason why I gave them 3 stars is because she did try to fix it (without attitude). Will I be back? Probably not. read more

Hey I just had the worst experience at Mirage nail salon on Bethany Church Road. First of all when I went in no one greeted me; when I was ask what I wanted I told lee the lady I booked with. Minutes passed by and lee had kids playing in my chair. After a long wait and still no service I became impatient and started talking up lee pulled me to the side. She sat me down and asked me to tell her again what I wanted, I told her SNS with tips because I like the way she did that for me last time. Today she seemed to be in a bad mood, usually she's greets me and makes more chat with me. Everybody was a little tense in this store today. Lee had a nasty tone with me after I corrected her about a misused word. She slammed her working utensils on the counter and told me to take my money somewhere else she's not doing my nail. I apologised calmly and tried to express to her that I'm a school teacher correcting errors is something natural for me; while I was talking to her she proceeded walking to the back while she continuously yells she don't feel like doing my nails I should leave. I even continued explaining to her that I had to drive over a hour away to come to this shop, and I also had an car appointment so at the moment I was stranded, I got both my car and nail appointment accordingly just to avoid this. She then tried to say it was because I'm 5 minutes late, which was never a problem in the beginning in fact I had to sit there and wait for her to finish other clients nails when I had an appointment. While I was waiting on my daughter to come pick me up who also had to leave her appointment in order to get me; Lee sat directly in-front of me and to be spiteful she was on her phone the whole entire time she pretended I wasn't there. One of her college came around and Lee started talking about me to her friend, she wanted to be spiteful and make it be known that she was talking about me so why pointed at me the whole entire time she was talking. I was furious especially because Lee is a lady that knows me, I have been to this salon multiple times and she was the one who serviced me. She treated me horribly in-front of the fellow employees and customers who was in the store at the moment; this behaviour was unnecessary especially because I apologised multiple times for correcting her. This was my worst experience ever at a nail salon, today was my first time going to a salon and walking out without my nails done. This store customer service is horrible and needs to be addressed, their stink attitude is going to be what hinders them from business. read more

Worst!!! Darleane was rude & cut my cuticle till it bled. During my pedicure, she cut the nails too short & CROOKED! Then, she left to go help a customer who had acrylic & gel nails (more expensive I suppose ). I, on the other hand, left without being polished so I could go home and fix what she messed up! Let me just say that Darlene (and her Mom and sister) knows her craft. She is personable and obliging. The shop is clean with a friendly, homey kind of atmosphere. When Darlene does my nails, I have no lifting, splitting, or chipping issues. I travel from Suwanee to Snellville, passing probably 100 other nail shops on the way, to have Darlene do my nails. The guy did my nails for my grandmothers funeral and I wanted them in a matte black first of all I got acrylics done slabs one popped off two days after.. The nail polish chipped two hours after having and not doing anything with the nails and on top of it all HE TOOK A BREAK TO PLAY A VIDEO GAME WHILE DOING MY NAILS!!! It infuriates me that they were poorly done and he had the nerve to do that, I'm definitely not going back I'll put my money invested into nail salon that care about my nails and care.. read more
