I arrived with an absolute emergency of a mess, a cut off all your hair, how did I get here, MESS. Major chemical/product damage, it was not viable. I was fully resigned to a short bob for a complete restart, but she was able to use her skill to come up with what she called a "custom haircut" and that's exactly what it was. Where the texture was once straw/sandpaper, is now silk. I cannot recommend Susan enough! If she can make sunshine come out of THIS experience, I can only imagine what she is capable of working with other clients.
