I would recommend not staying here, if they just would have realized there is a reason this person is trying to cancel the room so hard and canceled, it would have saved them and us a headache.

One drawback we encountered was not really the fault of the hotel. A large group belonging to a girls softball team, chose to make the hotel their personal part headquarters. The noise they generated was disruptive, and they were rude to management when they were asked to control themselves. As I was checking out, I do appreciate the hotel manager informing the leader of the group that their business would no longer be welcome. We had two children with us, so it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. Bonus - they have a winery on the property, Rocky Point Winery. It was so fun and convenient to be able to go downstairs and order a glass of wine (beer/mixed drink), enjoy a tasty snack and sit at the lovely patio and garden areas. It has a nice selection of gifts to purchase at the winery as well. As I mentioned, the owner and staff were so accommodating and responsive. I didn't think about the hot August weather when booking a loft suite so in hind sight the room would have been better suited for us during a cooler month. We enjoyed slipping into our robes and drinking cocktails on the porch rocking in the rocking chairs. It was a perfect, relaxing setting. We tried to utilize our jacuzzi tub but the well water was a little too yellow and smelly for me personally so we opted to skip that part and drive down the street to check out some local restaurants.
