This was a quick last minute decision as a way to help my daughter feel special on her birthday. I placed a single cookie order through the app in the parking lot of school , the store was only 15 min from the school. The cookie was ready when I arrived and I even customized the label. The cookie was cute. A week later I found out my daughter's school doesn't allow special treats like this and I found the cookie hidden deep in my fruit basket at home. I carefully opened the box and TO MY SURPRISE the cookie was in perfect condition! ... so I ate it read more

This crumbl is the best! When they run out of a particular cookie, they always give an estimate as to when they will have more in stock. The store is immaculate, and the customer service is even better! The cookies are always good and fun to try. After going regularly, you will start to know if you like a specific kind before you try it. read more

Crumbl offers a yummy treat. It is a bit expensive, but I love trying the new flavors.

They always get my order right and I do t have to wait too long to receive it. The staff is friendly as well

The staff are not very friendly here and often ignore the customers. The desserts were sloppy. The store often has broken technology and rarely have all of the desserts available. I have found them to close very early multiple times. The store is bright and looks inviting until you find that I the store is often dirty. I hope they improve in the future with staff who are more into their jobs. read more

Wonderful cookies and customer service. If they were closer to me, I would be broke. Lol

Ok sooooo we haven't done a Crumble review in a while.... And we probably wont do another one for a while bc i like fitting into my jeans lol! I just couldn't resist last weeks flavors! We had them delivered bc Wolf Ranch traffic on a Saturday afternoon was a no go! Thanks being so quick to deliver them! My rating from favorite to meh... Gingerbread was my fave! I did love the Boston Crème Pie! Not too sweet! Perfect! The lemon crinkle I had high hopes for but it was just ok, good but just ok. And the chocolate is never my fave. I just don't like their chocolate cookie. Sorry! ‍ It had Andes mints on top. Just not all that great. read more

Cheesecake cookie was delicious , service great. Comftorable and accessible store . Sweet Girl and very helpful.

10 out of 10. The cookies are amazing and the service was even better. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but the very kind blonde girl helped me with my order for a birthday gift when some cookies were damaged. I couldn't have asked for better service. Will be back again many times in the future read more

This franchise offers over 120 rotating cookie flavors including the staple chilled sugar and award-winning milk chocolate chip. Chilled milk can also be added to orders, which can be picked up in-store, curbside, delivered or shipped. I ordered four cookies from this establishment for a remote/zoom baby-shower with my work team. The cookies served here are impressive in both size and texture but are a bit on the upper end of the pricing scale. While I enjoyed the cookies, the cookies were dry in some parts. #treatyoself read more

I love this place. It's clean, the employees are nice, and they've got different cookies each week. My kids send me to the Crumbl app every Sunday to see what's coming this week. read more

arrived in the store to order a few cookies. No welcome. a young employee is leaning on the counter , head in his phone , social media adventure. .. I placed the order through a screen , still no interaction. suddenly he gets up , goes to a jar of " hard " marshmallow and starts eating one ... no gloves , no washing hands , he goes ahead and put the cookies ( with a spatula) in single boxes , and went back into his phone. won't come back...cookies are alright , probably not for 5$ each though ... read more

Cookies this week were delicious! The Oreo's cookies & cream & Rasberry Cheesecake were amazing!

--- I had a terrible experience at this Crumbl location. Every time I visit, there's always an issue, but today was the worst. I wanted to buy a single cookie, but they refused to sell it to me because they didn't have the appropriate box. I didn't want to buy four cookies, but they insisted that was the only option since they only had boxes for four. I even offered to take the cookie on a paper towel or eat it in the store, but they still refused. Very disappointing service. read more

Good ol bait n switch...again. Cookies look all awesome and gooey in the photos on the app... But the real thing, sad and small. Should get topping with every bite and a tub of extra for the Can we at least make the cookies look like the advertised version? read more

Best cookies ever . They are delicious ! I like the biscoff cookie at the moment . I will come back again soon .

I went into this location recently to give it another chance, I wanted to place an order for two cookies for me and my wife. I was told I was only allowed to purchase 4 cookies or more. Which didn't make sense, once again walked out unsatisfied with this location. Not going to waste my time walking into this store again. Terrible staff terrible customer service. read more

Quick service, friendly employees, and the cookies always seem to taste great from here. Parking around here can be a little tight because Wolf Ranch is always busy, but a convenient spot to grab some Crumbl and get back on to the highway. Store itself is clean. read more

Good cookies, super rich. The surprise hits were the caramel popcorn and the raspberry cheesecake. Personally, the PB and the chocolate silk were too much for me. The silk pie cookie wasn't even really a cookie since it was just way too soft. The caramel popcorn was more of a normal soft cookie, and the flavors were so nice bc you don't feel super sick after just one bite. This was both our favorites that day, and the next day of left overs. I preferred the lemon poppy seed the next day in the am with coffee. The raspberry cheescake cookie was kind of addicting, and I wish I had a bit more of the fruit on top. The interior of the shop is a bit lackluster/factory-like and I do wish they had more options to choose from but overall no complaints with the cookies or the staff. The chick who gave me the box asked for approval before I took them, like fancy wine person. read more

This used to be a great location, but the past couple of months it has gone downhill dramatically. Both times was the weeknight crew around 9pm and both the service & quality of cookies was so poor. This most recent visit my order was actually given to someone else before I arrived and they gave me A LOT of hassle and were very rude about filling my order even though I could clearly pull it up on my app and show them the order indeed should have gone to me. The cookies are not presented well at all. Poorly/messily frosted and inconsistent in size. It's a shame this location used to be SO on point. Not sure what happened, but I'm probably going to drive to the Cedar Park location now. read more

Ordered another round of Crumbl Cookies! I'm excited to try the cinnamon square and the cannoli. Cookies are so rich and flavorful.

First time customer here. Meh. The chocolate/white chocolate chip cookie was hard and dry as dust. The Beetlejuice cake was much better, but nothing that I can't do myself from a box mix. Service was very good. Won't be back as there are far better places to buy desserts. read more
