They always get my order right and I do t have to wait too long to receive it. The staff is friendly as well

The staff are not very friendly here and often ignore the customers. The desserts were sloppy. The store often has broken technology and rarely have all of the desserts available. I have found them to close very early multiple times. The store is bright and looks inviting until you find that I the store is often dirty. I hope they improve in the future with staff who are more into their jobs. read more

I wanted to buy a single cookie, but they refused to sell it to me because they didn't have the appropriate box. I didn't want to buy four cookies, but they insisted that was the only option since they only had boxes for four. We had them delivered bc Wolf Ranch traffic on a Saturday afternoon was a no go! Thanks being so quick to deliver them! My rating from favorite to meh... Gingerbread was my fave! I did love the Boston Crème Pie! Not too sweet! Perfect! The lemon crinkle I had high hopes for but it was just ok, good but just ok. And the chocolate is never my fave. Good cookies, super rich. The surprise hits were the caramel popcorn and the raspberry cheesecake. Personally, the PB and the chocolate silk were too much for me. The silk pie cookie wasn't even really a cookie since it was just way too soft. The caramel popcorn was more of a normal soft cookie, and the flavors were so nice bc you don't feel super sick after just one bite. This was both our favorites that day, and the next day of left overs. I preferred the lemon poppy seed the next day in the am with coffee. The raspberry cheescake cookie was kind of addicting, and I wish I had a bit more of the fruit on top. The interior of the shop is a bit lackluster/factory-like and I do wish they had more options to choose from but overall no complaints with the cookies or the staff. This used to be a great location, but the past couple of months it has gone downhill dramatically. Both times was the weeknight crew around 9pm and both the service & quality of cookies was so poor. This most recent visit my order was actually given to someone else before I arrived and they gave me A LOT of hassle and were very rude about filling my order even though I could clearly pull it up on my app and show them the order indeed should have gone to me. The cookies are not presented well at all. Poorly/messily frosted and inconsistent in size. It's a shame this location used to be SO on point. Not sure what happened, but I'm probably going to drive to the Cedar Park location now. read more
