So I have a slightly biased review about Tiff's. If it wasn't for the free ice cream sandwich days that they do in the summer I would give this place 3 stars. My favorite items at Tiffs are the cookies (obviously, no specific flavor but I always do end up getting one M&M) I love the way they are crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy in the center. They also sell this ice cream dessert called Tiffs Blitz which is vanilla ice cream with brownie and cookies and all these yummy goodness. One reason I would give them 3 stars is because I had ordered delivery from here twice for a couple friends on their birthdays, and the delivery was always later/after the time frame that I had selected. I do feel like they need to improve on that. BUT Tiffs does redeem themselves with the yearly free ice cream sandwiches ! I will definitely be back here, I cant wait to try the seasonal cookies! read more

Placed an order for two dozen cookies to be delivered. I received a call about an hour before the delivery was scheduled saying they were out of one of the items and could I call them back and let them know what I would like instead. They did not leave a call back number. I was at work and I had to stop what I was doing to look up their number then was on hold for about 5 minutes. I told them to add a half dozen of another cookie instead and they said they would. I found out today that only ONE dozen was delivered. This was a surprise for person who received them and they did not know how many they were getting. I called the store and this time I was on hold for about 10 minutes. I explained my issue to the individual that answered and was told that their picture showed a two dozen box was delivered. Then she asked if the person who received the cookies had any proof they only received ONE dozen. I replied that I had no clue at which point the individual stated she would email me the picture of the delivery. I was more than frustrated at this point so I just told her thanks and have a nice day. My integrity is certainly worth more than a dozen cookies. I certainly did not appreciate it being called into question. I do not have the time nor the desire to try and cheat a business out of a dozen cookies. This should have been handled much differently. This business should have owned their mistake, apologized and taken steps to rectify the issue. It's ok, they will not have to deal with me EVER again. Very modern, minimalist cookie store. Unfortunately, I found that they were very expensive for normal, everyday cookies... The brownies/bars were large, but cookies were small and not worth the price. There weren't any fun "exotic" flavors or uniquely decorated cookies. However, the cookies and bars were warmed for us. $16 for a dozen cookies. That's about $1.33 per cookie. Way more worth it than buying a single cookie which is about $3 a piece! That's crazy. But they do taste divine, especially warmed. And retain their gooeyness especially when fresh. Unfortunately when you buy a single cookie, you get whatever is in the display which means not super fresh but definitely made that day. When you order online a half dozen or dozen, they will make them fresh for you! Got to say, this is one of the best things to get in the mail!! Everything is great here! Just pick your favorite. Absolutely adore chocolate chip, but their snickerdoodles are pretty good too. Also tried their brownie ($3) which was more cakey than fudgey and wouldn't get again. read more

Had such an issue with the delivery. I called the delivery driver so many times and he never respond back we called the office as well and they never respond or even called back.Finally we called the number on Google and a women named kimoni respond and she was so rude and even sounded high at the job. It really made me upset when they called the delivery driver back and he lied and said the leasing office was closed when it was not. We were just there was well. They were also about to charge us a re delivery fee as well but that made no sense because it was never delivered in the first place. Overall I will never go through with their delivery again. Please avoid this location. It seems like the delivery drivers and business are just lazy and money hungry. Horrible consumer service. read more

After having dinner nearby, we walked on over to Tiff's Treats. It also happened to be National Cookie Day, so it was so necessary. I got two of my favorite cookies from Tiff's: sugar + a bottle of 2% milk. My hubby got the tiffwich, which was made with two chocolate chip cookies with Blue Bell vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between. What a great way to end off our date night, on National Cookie Day! The store is super tiny. The front probably could only fit 5 people comfortably, but with the pandemic, only one party is allowed at a time. We've had warm, tasty, moist, yummy cookies delivered several times. They are always packaged in a cute box with a pretty little bow. I've also stopped by a few times since it's right across from Chiloso's. You don't just HAVE to get them warm, but why not??? There are several to choose from on the menu. They offer a few beverages as well (including milk, yes!!!). The inside is very tiny, can get crowded if there are more than a couple patrons. The cookies are expensive. But you get what you pay for. While Tiff's Treats in general are a little formulaic for my taste, the customer service in this particular location never fails to impress me. I came here to pick up some goodies for my neighbor who had recently Fallen and broken some bones and needed a little cheering up. When I told them of the occasion they immediately went into action and made a beautiful presentation with the brownies in the cookies that I bought.
