It had been awhile since the last time we had Crumbl and I wanted to try their latest cookies especially the new limited time Benson Boone cookie! I had enough points to use towards getting one free cookie so I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice Cream cookie, and a 4 pack of cookies which included Chocolate Cheesecake, Lemon Cake, Raspberry Butter Cake and Snickers Peanut Butter cookies. They arrived fresh and even more delicious than I remembered! Note to anyone who wants to get the Chocolate Cheesecake or Lemon cookies they need to be chilled to keep cool. Not gonna lie, I was hesitant to try a cookie chain. Well, these cookies turned out soooo good. They are large, perfectly sweet with some flakes of salt to balance out the flavor, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Definitely should have tried this a while back. Omg crumbl is always so good but recently came and tried the honey cake and I hope they keep this on because IT IS LITERALLY THE BEST COOKIE I have had by far. It's not too sweet not too heavy and I don't feel sick eating it. And that honey is SO good! Idk what honey they use but it all goes so well together! I'm going to be so sad if they don't bring this one back often or keep it on permanent but either way you guys need to try it! We purchased a 3pack of cookies and I can't remember all of the flavors but the chocolate chip one was not cooked all the way on the inside and the strawberry cheesecake one was very good. Service! Waited in line for a :35 minutes for an online order, while everyone else that came in and ordered off kiosk got served first. Finally after all 7 of those customers left, the kid looks up and finally asks if I have an order. He found ticket, it was not ready even though app said it was. Grand Opening Day! The staff were hard at work and mighty chipper. This new location is so cute and it's located right next to Milky Treats. I purchased the Raspberry Butter Cake cookie and it was delicious. The jam and buttercream topping pair perfectly, and the cookie was thick and buttery. Usually this location is the nicest out of the surrounding area, the staff have always been very kind and we always experience a problem free visit. This location has an overhead drop off area that we have pulled up to many times to do a pickup and has never been an issue. Our last visit (8/17/23), the Crumbl team member that brought out our cookies was extremely rude telling us "just so you know, this isn't a parking space soooo.." frowned, almost threw the cookies into the car and walked away before we could get her name! We had no idea, did not see any signage and were never told any different. It makes me so sad because we love Crumbl and hate that one person soured the experience. First of all, service was great! This is my 3rd visit to this location and each time I was immediately greeted. All my orders are placed in person, vs the kiosk, since I prefer paying cash. This visit was soon after opening to guarantee all flavors were available. My boys had noticed on the app that this Crumbl location ran out of 2 flavors the day before. I did have to wait a short time as the milk choco chip cookies were still in the oven. No prob--who doesn't want the freshest of cookies? The gentleman was so kind--instead of having me stand around waiting after paying, he had me point out my vehicle & said he'd bring them out as soon as they were ready. 10 minutes later I was heading home! Each time I've gone in this store it has looked clean & of course smelled amazing. In lieu of buying the cookie cutter, I always use a large chefs knife to cut the cookies in 4. I start out by running the knife under hot water and then wipe off. (Make sure to rinse the knife off for each cookie.) Cutting the cookie with warm knife allows for a no crumb clean cut...especially cutting through the icing & sticky toppings!! (I also do this when cutting cakes.) My only gripe with Crumbl is they don't have a Test Kitchen anywhere in the DFW area. How can that be? We are such a large area with dozens of populated smaller cities within bigger cities. So many States have multiple Test kitchens but TX only has 1 in San Antonio :( read more

Today I was driving by this establishment and I noticed the balloons outside. This was their very first day to be open. It was very inviting the staff were terrifically professional It smelled like Christmas in there and everybody leaving and entering the place seemed to be very pleased. I do have to say that I was anxious to see if there were any samples so that way I could taste the varieties but even though there weren't I still was committed to buying at least one cookie. I decided to purchase one standard chocolate chip cookie because I figured no one could ever mess that up. I went in had the cookie with me in the car and it didn't even make it home. I will be honest and tell you that it was the best chocolate chip cookie that I have ever tasted in my life but on the downside it wasn't worth $5. If I was a wealthy man then this would not be an issue but the cookies are overpriced they would probably have more business if they would sell the individual cookies for $250 but for $5 for a single cookie I could easily go to the store and get a package of 24 cookies for that. Again, I'm not a hater The store was pleasant The people were professional and the cookie was outstanding. Like I said it was the best cookie I've ever had but it just wasn't worth $5.
